AMC for following IT equipments (a) Printers/ Copiers Nos (i) HP LaserJet P 1108 - 04 (ii) HP LaserJet 1020 plus - 09 (iii) HP LaserJet Pro Mfp M128fn - 02 (iv) HP LaserJet Mfp M436 nda - 04 (v) HP LaserJet Ultra mfp M134fn - 03 (vi) HP LaserJet M1005 mfp - 01 (vii) HP LaserJet Pro M104a - 01 (viii) HP LaserJet Mfp E82550 - 01 (ix) Canon G4000 - 01 (x) LexMark MFP MB 2236adw - 01 (xi) Canon F166400 - 01 (xii) HP LaserJet Pro 1020 plus - 01 (b) UPS Nos (i) MICROTEK - 10 (ii) BPE - 08 (iii) APC - 09 (iv) ARTIS - 10 (c) Maintanance and repair of switches and local area network, including Cable and all the accessories required for the LAN of all computer, Printer and Photocopier connected to LAN.
2. Terms and Conditions of AMC will be as under :- (a) One Resident Engineer from 9:30 am and to 5:00 pm on all working days. (b) UPS battery to be replaced with new one if any problem including battery. (c) AMC includes networking of all PC and Network printer also including maintanance. (d) Attending all soft calls including operating system and all 3rd party software. (e) AMC includes all printers and photocopies machines including all types of spares for above mentioned IT equipments. (f) If printer not repaired with 48hrs, a stand by printer will be given till repair of the printer. (g) AMC includes all type of repair / replacement of any parts which comes under AMC. (h) Maintanance of all computers for periodical dusting though these are in warranty period.
