Demolition of stone masonry below G.L. upto any depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials upto all leads & lifts:- a) Rubble masonry in lime mortar.

Demolition of stone masonry above G.L. upto all heights including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials upto all leads & lifts:- a) Rubble masonry in lime mortar.

Cutting in earth works in all kinds of soil including pick work, spade work, jumper work and chiselling/wedging out of hard/soft rock etc. upto all leads & lifts including through mechanical transport if required the disposal of un-serviceable materials will be done as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge or an approved dumping site. Any damage to the roads/ existing property during the excavation/cutting will be restored by the Contractor whatsoever the nature of the same may be. The serviceable materials will be stacked to the specified dimension as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work and chiselling and doing work in saturated soil including storing, strutting and pumping or boiling on water (surface and sub-soil Water) up to any depth wedging out of rock etc. up to all leads and lifts including stacking the excavated material clear from the edge of the excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths and sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including stacking of serviceable materials upto all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10 with 15% Plums and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HPPWD technical specifications.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation, plinth and superstructure including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 Sand: 12 Graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand) in breast walls and retaining walls including all leads and lifts.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC Pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.
