Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Lime clay or sand ) including Lift upto 1.5m &leed upto 30.00mtr. Including watering and ramming ofexcavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth as dircted by the engineer in charge up to a distance of 30.00mtr. from the foundation trenches as per MORD spec. 300 chapter 11 SI. No. 11.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in 1:5:10(1 cement:5 fine sand derived from natural sources:10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources D.S.R. (2023) 4.1.11

Brick Masonry work 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 MORD spec. 600 & 1200 II chapter 11 SI. No. 11.5(2)

Construction of granular sub base (grade-1)G.S.B. by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with graded on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth roller to achieveed the desired denstity complete as per T.S.C.401

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepare sub base with 42 grade cement or any other type as per cause 1301 2.2 30(Grade) course and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383. maximum size of course aggregates not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mixed dsign,laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film weight steel plate including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading thye concrete with shovels............complete item as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501
