REPAIR MAINT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT DHAR ROAD SAMNABANJ AND BATTAL NODE UNDER GE ARMY DHAR ROAD

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays , struts have been errected and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick protection for LT cable with sub class "B" bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm width with equal to length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand to be laid in 8 cms before laying of cable and 15 cms above cable in trenche as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and as directed. Note: for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured

Supply and laying in replacement of double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 77 mm outer dia and 63 mm inner dia including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per item 06 but of size 110mm outer dia and 95 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing worn out/old XLPE under ground cable in 2/3.5/4 core of 16 sqmm to 50sqmm size of 1100 Volt grade in pieces from trenches making loop for transportation and removal from site after taking proper shut down from MES compitent staff complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Supply, laying , jointing ,testing and commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty with multistranded aluminium conductor 16 Sqm 2 core size including making all incoming and out going connections through proper lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately.
