Operation & Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in BARC Township @ Yelwal, Mysuru including supplying of chemicals, attending minor works like leakages, changing of minor gaskets etc. with manpower deployment for two shifts under proper supervision. O&M for all mechanical machinery and pumps like sewage transfer pumps, Screw pumps, dozing pumps, air blower and filter press are to be maintained in good working conditions both working and standby pumps including treated sewage analysis once in a 15 days for PH, Suspended solids, Dissolved solids,Chloride as Cl, BOD, COD, Oil and Grease Turbidity, E coli etc complete.

Note: The contractor has to supply one operator and one assistant in each shift and maintain regular attendance register. Mode of Measurement: Mode of measurement is based on the number of labours engaged by the contractor for operation in shift for each month. Number of labours = number of working day x Labours engaged by the contractor/day =30*4 = 120 Labours,

If the contractor engages less labours than that calculated as above, recoveries shall be carried out from his monthly bill as detailed below: 1. For absenteeism of labours up to 12 numbers per month, the recoveries shall be considered as per latest minimum wages order issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment for unskilled labours and the recoveries shall be calculated based on the total shortfall labours per month multiplied with latest minimum wages 2. In case if short fall of labours exceeds more than 12, then recoveries shall be as above for shortfall of labours up to 12 and for number of labours above 12 it shall be recovered at additional 25% over and above minimum wages.

1st Shift of 8 hour.

2nd Shift of 8 hour.

Supply and mixing liquid chlorine (10% Hypochlorite solution) to the treated water based on actual requirement.

Operation and Maintenance of one no. of 40 KVA Diesel generator set with acoustic outdoor enclosure, with starting batteries and charging equipment (Air cooled, 4 cylinder, 4 stroke engine with mechanical governor, turbo charged engine coupled to self – excited brushless alternator. Make: Kirloskar Green India, Model – HA494TCG1, Year of manufacture: 2014. including supply of Diesel for DG Operation.

Supply and fixing of best quality Bio-membrane, high resistance towards physical damage and high chlorine resistant membrane fibers potted uniformily using patented resin mixture at both the ends. Manufactured by M/s TESLA (ZCM-MBR 16 Module) or its equivalent, suitable for STP (SMBR). The cost includes supply, fixing and labors etc complete.
