Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Renewing and fixing Mild Steel Grills for windows and ventilators etc., including the cost of mild steel angles, plates, rods, cost of welding charges and one coat of priming coat etc., complete.(The design should be got approved by the departmental officers.)
Renewing and refixing the damaged Aluminium sliding window frame with shutter with newone of anodized Aluminium sliding window two track channel section of size 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.30mm for bottom side and top with sliding arrangements to drain the water entering and the window shutter made out of section of size 40 x 18 x 1.29mm and the panels fitted with 4mm thick plain glass with necessary accessories such as rubber beedings, best quality runner, lock, wheel, handle etc and shutter frame fixed with glass 4mm thick including cost of materials, labour for fabrication, power consumption required, drilling holes in masonry with power drill and good to the dismantled portion to original condition after fixing the window etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with best approved quality fine Unpolished Granite Stone Slabs in 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.
