Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two M.sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Renewing the damaged cement concrete solid block masonry by using solid blocks of size 400x200x150mm confirming to IS 2145-1965 made in CC 1:3:6 (One of cement, three of M.sand and six of course aggregate) using 6mm and below HBG stone jelly with compressive strength of 50 kg/cm2 in cement mortar 1:5 (one of cement and five of sand ) for masonry wall including curing and neat finish etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 75mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Renewing and Relaying the inter locked blocks with new one Of 83mm thick inter locked blocks of approved quality and make Over a sand cushion and laying the inter locked blocks in true and straight alignment with gradient and pointing neatly using quarry dust or Fly ash and pointing neatly hire charges for vibrator machine including diesel Consumption charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of M.S Square box section with new one of M.S Square box Hallow section 100mm x 100mm x 5mm thick Hallow box section medium weight including dismantling the masonry wall and fixing the M.S Hallow Box section in position with necessary welding on guset plate fixed in a wall, including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and finally painting two coats of SEP over a primer etc.,complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing the damaged corroded M.S Circluar Pipe with new one of M.S Circular pipe dia of 50mm x3.60mm section medium weight including dismantling the masonry wall and fixing the M.S circular section in position with necessary welding on gusset plate fixed in a wall, including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and finally painting two coats of SEP over a primer etc.,complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supply and fixing of 40mm Puff roof panel sheet with 5 micron polyester primer with the resistance capacity of saline mist upto an (ECCAT8)>1000h with the thermal conductivity of 0.02_0.03 w/mc and the range of thermal should be -40c to+80c and it should be free from cfc.The polyester paint finish should be at the 18micron level with back coating at 5micron level. corner flash and ridge sheets with profile filler will be provided.the foam type should be B2,B3 and PIR with the average density 40+2kg/m with all the necessary accessories including and the colour of the puff sheet with be as approved by engineer in charge.

Renewing and fixing Mild Steel Grills for windows and ventilators etc., including the cost of mild steel angles, plates, rods, cost of welding charges and one coat of priming coat etc., complete.(The design should be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Renewing the steel door with new one of MS doors with Single leaves, door outer frame 40 x 40 x 6mm Angle, shutter frame 35 x 35 x 6mm Angle, M sheet 20 Gauge sheet with necessary Tower Bolt 30cm length, butt hinges, M.S. handle on both sides Iron hold fast including Red oxide primer, conveyance and the rate is including necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary using power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged vertical blinds with new horizontal zebra fabric roller blinds of superior quality double ply blinds with 100% polyster composition weight of 340 gsm/square metre and 0.40 mm thick and finished width of 250 cm with 100% light transmission etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supply and fixing of LED Signage board size of 6.00 x 1.50 m ht using ACP Box frame 40mm x 40mm square pipe Top covered with 3mm ACP Sheet with Reflective sticker Letters size and design as approved by the departmental officers. The Board supported by 75mm x 75mm MS Square hallow section with Plain cement concrete and Anchor with base plate on masonry wall . Melamine and Varnishing the old wood Items such as Wooden Table, Chairs, Racks, Almirah and other wooden items with two coats of approved Shellac wine varnish including thorough scrapping, sand papering l etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing the damaged Door stoper, including labour charge for fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification (The fittings should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing and refixing the partition made out of MS box section of size 60 x 40 x 4mm with vertical and horizontally and the partition fixed with both side calcium silicate (Hilux) board 12 mm thick as per the instruction of the field officers including necessary accessories like etc and also including the labour charges for fabrication which including necessary chipping dismantling making holes in RCC of necessary works with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing the partition in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Painting the walls with one coat of Interior Emulsion Paint over one coat Primer of approved Colour and quality including thorough scrapping and sand papering the walls surface before applying the first coat, scaffolding charges,putty finishes, finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
