Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar CM 1:4 in two layer (First coat 10 mm thick and second 5 mm thick) using water proofing compound in 2nd layer @2% by weight of cement and finished fair and even including taking down cement plaster of any description and racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separetly. Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc up to 4th storyed building.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distamper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of luppam fininsh, complete all as directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc up to 4th storyed building.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on any surfaces, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including preparation of surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc up to 4th storyed building.
