SPL REPAIR OF ROADS AT BHAIRAV BN U AREA IN SUKNA MIL STN UNDER GE SUKNA

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc. 400 sq.m. exc 50 mm and n exc 100mm deep Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 @ 0. 70-1.0 kg/sqm on surface o WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30)by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and vibrating roller etc , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The Contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to including the follwing elements:- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved lab and the same shall be approved from the GE before providing bituminous macadum. (ii) In case of variation in the bituminus content as specified above, the varition in quantites of bitumen shall be adjusted @ 42 per Kg.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SCAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and remixed material laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The Contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to including the follwing elements:- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved lab and the same shall be approved from the GE before providing bituminous macadum. (ii) In case of variation in the bituminus content as specified above, the varition in quantites of bitumen shall be adjusted @ 42 per Kg. (iii) The thikness of SDAC indicated above is the minimum thickness, Further, it is clarified that no payment for the addl, thickness in case required to be provided to achive the desired levils, slope and making good the undulations etc, all as directed by the GE , shall be made.

M&L for repairs to pot holes of depth exceeding 30 mm thick, area not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen grade 10 pack primer (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) @9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on buminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed

M&L for thermoplastic road marking paint white or golden yellow @ 5 Kg/Sqm confirming to BS-3262 appled on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2 mm, with an including combination of retro reflective glass beads 250-300gm/Sqm all as per manufacture's instruction, using thermoplastic applicaton unit etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing road delineator, 6 LED of colour red/yellow housed in plastic body, LEDs, solar cells, battry and light sencer well proected inside polycarbonate sheet, device protected with power coated wire mash cage, system mount over 47mm dia steel tube power coated of length 600 mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground, delinetor to have additional reflective bands, system workable for 2-3 days(night) after full charge for 8-10 hours, fixing arrangement shall be as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.
