Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch, modular plate suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as reqd.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2 X 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required

2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

4 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as reqd.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Installation testing and commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connection etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening including making good the damage connection testing commissioning etc as reqd.

Extra for fixing the louvers/shutters complete with frame for a exhaust fan of all size

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 2 nos, 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 2 nos 5/6 amps modular switches connection etc as reqd (For light plugs to be used in non residential building)

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

a) 4 way, (4+12), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Single Pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

Supplying installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electro type-19, 50mm dia length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling up with elelctrodite (Back fill compound ) as reqd for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclusure with cover plate having locling arrangement etc as reqd.

Supply of LED Floodlight 30 Watt similar to Crompton Gleam 30 watt Outdoor waterproof( Cool day light 6500K) or equivalent to ISI specification

Supplying of IP66 LED floodlight 100 watts similar to Wipro Garnet 100 W 6500 K or its equivalent to IS specification

SITC of Air circular wall fan of size 450mm sweep metallic blade with protective guard similar to Havells Turbo Force or equivalent to ISI specification

Supplying of Heavy Duty Exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep metallic blades with protective bird guard (Similar to Havells Turbo Force SP 1400 RPM or equivalent to ISI specification.

Supply of LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate of 18 Watts similar to Havells E-Lite LED Pride Plus Cat No: LHEXBLP5PN1W018 or its equivalent to ISI specification.

Supply of LED bulb of 9 Watts of SYSKA SSK -SRL or equivalent to ISI specification.

Supplying of Energy Saving 5 star rating, with ISI, A.C. Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, with all accessories (Similar to Plycab Eteri Energy Efficient BLDC 5 Star) or equivalent
