Preparation of old, decorated/ painted surfaces of the steel Almirah with shelves, removing of old paint by burnning off blow lamp, removing dents including applying one coat of putty to make surfaces even, cleaning the surfaces with sand papers/ scrapers and smooth and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint of approved quality on internal and external surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(a) Taking out old existing unserviceable /dammaged plywood from oth top of charpoy GI pipe. (b) Fixing stiffner of mild steel angle iron 25x25x3 mm 900 mm long, at equal distance and prepedicular to long rails of GI Charpoy, fixing by drilling holes including counter shunk screws, nuta and washer at both ends on top side of long rails. ( C) Drilling holes two nos of 7mm dia in each long rails shorts rails and newly welded stiffner of mild steel angle iron. (d) Top of charpoy with ply wood ,12 mm thick with 7 nos of ply,commercial ,BWR grade type BB ,size 1980mm x 900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with mild steel conter sunk screws,nuts and washers as two nos in each long rails ,shorts rails and newly welded stiffners of mild steel angle iron . Taking out old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing leg from charpoy GI Pipe and replace with new leg retrieved from damaged long/ short rail under serial item Nos- 4.03 and 4.04 here-in-before including cutting/ threading and fixing/ tightening in the existing charpoys including welding 32mm dia washer at bottom of leg as end cap and mild steel clamps as FMN set, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing back frame or seat with new back frame or seat, made of 1st class hard wood duly canned with cane, plastic, 2mm thick of 1st quality in godrej pattern including french polish, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing arms with new arms, made of 1st class hard wood, size 410x50x25mm including painting in black colour to wooden portion with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged/ glass with new sheet glass, plain, 6.0mm thick, transparent, fixing in sliding rails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation to wooden surfaces of Table Dressing Ladies and polishing with polishing with melamine finish to all exposed to view surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing top short rail with new top short rail, made of 1st class hardwood, seasoned, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing top long rail with new top long rail, made of 1st class hardwood, seasoned, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to the frame of table including preparing the surfaces and removing denting wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation to wooden surfaces of Board Notice shall be French polished with high gloss finish complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing 25mm thick marble stone slab with new 900x600 mm x 25 mm thick marble slab complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing front shutter of wiremesh with new wiremesh shutter. wire mesh to be 12 mesh and 20 guage thick complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation to wooden surfaces of meat safe shall be Painted with two coats of white synthetic enamelled paint white colour complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE 32mm DIA (FD-220)

Replacement of old existing unserviceable/ damaged cotton/ nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe with new plywood top following under mentioned steps, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (a) Taking out old existing unserviceable/ damaged cotton/ nylon newar from both top of charpoy GI pipe. (b) Fixing 02 Nos stiffeners of mild steel angle iron 25x25x3mm, 900mm long, at equal distance and perpendicular to long rails of GI charpoy, fixing by drilling holes including counter sunk screws, nuts and washers at both ends on top side of long rails. (c) Drilling holes two Nos. of 7mm dia in each long rail, short rail and newly welded stiffener of mild steel angle iron. (d) Top of charpoy with plywood, 12mm thick with seven Nos. of ply, commercial, BWR grade, type BB, size 1980mmx900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with mild steel conter sunk screws, nuts and washers, as two Nos in each long rail, short rail and newly welded stiffeners of mild steel angle iron. (e) Painting of mild steel stiffeners with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the surfaces. (f) Prepration of the existing old decorated surfaces of Charpoy GI pipe newar by removing of all dents and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel silver paint of approved quality on external surface ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing three way elbows GI from charpoy GI pipe with new three way elbows GI, 32mm bore, medium grade, (ISI marked) wherever required, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing long rails with new long rails for GI Charpoy, 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked, length as shown in drawings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make of pipe: Tata/ Prakash/ Jindal

Taking out old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing short rails from charpoy GI Pipe and replace with new short rail retrieved from damaged long rail under serial item Nos-30.03 here-in-before including cutting/ threading and fixing/ tightening in the existing charpoys including welding as required, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing leg from charpoy GI Pipe and replace with new leg retrieved from damaged long/ short rail under serial item Nos- 30.03 & 30.04 here-in-before including cutting/ threading and fixing/ tightening in the existing charpoys including welding 32mm dia washer at bottom of leg as end cap and mild steel clamps as FMN set, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing galvanised iron hexagonal check nut from GI Charpoy pipe with new hexagonal check nuts, 32mm bore, 6mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,16,490.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
