S&F effluent treatment plant of capacity 15 KLD incl bar screen, effuent lift pump, flash mixer and flocculator, tube settler, tube settler media, agitator with gear motor, dosing tanks, filter feed pump, dual media filter, activated carbon media filter, interconnecting pipe & fittings, steel work and electic pane complete incl necessary testing after installation and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note: Construction of RCC equalisation tank shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation over areas, n. exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, exc 1.5 m but n. exc 3.0 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil and getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with eareth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils exc 50m but n exc. 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in hard/ dense soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as speciifed and directed.

Formwork rough finishes to flat sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Form work fair finish flat surfaces to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) for walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Form work fair finish flat surfaces to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars, 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces, finished to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces, finished to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in concrete bed to drain pipes laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes for 110 mm dia PVC pipes with concrete after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. quality Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A, including drilling for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering bent to curve any radius with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for broken stone hard core of gauge n. exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layer n. exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding med grade, ISI marked PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories concealed on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including MS sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet with provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers incl and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole 220 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, C curve upto 40 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures distribution board TPN 4, ways double door , IP 43 protection, 415 volts, with shrouded neutral bar & insulated bus bar and earth link, suitable for MCBs as incomer and out going complete dully grouted on the wall (flush) incl making connections with suitable size of lugs and making good the disturbed surface matchig with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60cm x60cmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanise iron or steel up to DB including earth work , PCC work, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh etc all as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Earth work and HDPE pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in hard/dense soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing or laying HDPE (DWC) tubing 50 mm dia of pressure rating 6Kgf/Cm2 fixing on poles, walls under floors, road crossing laying on surface , laying in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates of required accessories, bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc deemed to be included in quoted rates .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to GI earth lead strip of size 25X4.0 mm at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection pipe incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator,PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate and watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, test poit, and earth lead exceeding 7.5 mtr are measured and paid separately.
