Dismantling and taking down Aluminium strip fixed on roof , floor wall and taking out old saddles and earthging strip in original state all as specified and directed.

Taking out old GI earthing strip of size 32x6 mm embeded in earth and removing its bends complete all as specifed and directed.

Labour only for re-fixing in repair aluminium strip of size 25mmx3 mm to procelain insulator with suitable saddles & fixing screws etc on roof or on wall (appx. 35 feet above GL) including bitumen washer, nuts, bolts, etc required to fix the strip and air termination spikes existing serviceable or new insulators complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Cost of suitable fixing jobs like drilling,welding, etc, required for fixing of strip and insulators on the any existing surface like PCC wall, asbestos sheet, etc at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 3 above but GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm.

Material & Laboour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) for block size as per existing including form work as in grouting of porcelain/PVC insulator on the roof (appx. 35 mm above GL) and for making good to PCC pavement/road/hard standing, all as specified and directed. NOTE- (i) Size of PCC block requierd for erectionof GI pipe-air termination arragement is to be approved by Engr-in-charage . (II) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of arrangements required for providing of PCC blocks at any height and on any surface.

Supply & Fix in replacement at any height and on any surface PVC insulator with busbar support, to be fixed on wall or on roof (appx. 35 feet above GL) and connected to GI or aluminium conductor earth continuity strip complete all as specifed and directed. NOTE-Cost of suitable fixing jobs like drilling,welding, etc. required for fixing of strip and insulators on the any existing surface like PCC wall, asbestos sheet etc, at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & Fix in repairs/replacement air termination at any height, single pointed, aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long to be screwed and sturdly fixed GI pipe of 40 mm dia with and including two number sets of suitable size nut, bolt, washers (02 Nos) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- PCC block and GI pipe required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply & Fix in repair/replacement aluminium strip at any height of size 25 mm x 3.15 mm on PVC/porcelain insulator with suitable size & fixing screws etc on roof or on wall (appx. 35 feet above GL) including of bitumen washer, nute, bolts etc. required to fix the strip on existing serviceable or new insulators complets all as specified and directed. NOTE- Cost of suitable fixing jobs like drilling welding, etc, required for flxing of strip and insulators on the any existing surface like PCC wall asbestos sheet etc. at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 8 above but GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm.

Dismanting and removing old unseviceable earthing, Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60x60 mm x6 mm thick electrode bureied directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with 32x6 mm galvanized iron as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chaec nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in and type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, mild steel frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of erd oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6 mm thick CI cover with handle,watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical palate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated testing on completion including retrieving of old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE : _ (i) Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under the item only (ii) The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item, (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-charge . (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. It the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contracor has to make proper aadditions/alteratons to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.

Material and Labour for fixing and connecting in replacement test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm thick drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to GI strip bracket fixed to porcelain/PVC insulator on wall as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Porcelain/PVC insulator will be measured & paid separetly.

Demolition and taking out damaged earth pit PCC chamber with cover and material and labour for preparation of new PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm and CI frame and other provisions all as shown electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level or siope, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc in 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the staring point complets all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix in repairs/replacement 40 mm dia, GI Pipe, light grade, burried in trenches/as supporter for or to be fixed on wall as earth continuity protection pipe in repairs including necessary excavation and earth work in hard soil, returning & filling in watering and well ramming removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for testing of lightening protection system & earthing (except new earthing covered under srl item Nos 10 here-in before) of various Tech Accns in the presence of representative of Engineer-in-charge by removing all earthing connections from the earth test points and measuring the resistance of earthing (if any) & lightning protecton network using an earth tester (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) detailing the defective earthings & lightening protection systems, Items to be repaired/to be renewed must be noted down during record of test of lighting protection system. The test results should be kept on record after repairs/renewal and have to be get signed by Engineer-in-charge alongwith the signature of Contractor . NOTE : (i) The earthing showing test result beyond 10 ohms are to be renewed and will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of BOQ (ii) . Meter for measuring the resistance of each earthing and conncted accessories will be arranged by the contractor.

Supply & Fix in Repair/replacement 01 RM long 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe with provision of two no holes (at approprite offsets as approved by Engr-in-charge) on its body so as fix 19 mm dia aluminum air termintion rod to itself welded with 02 nos 12 cm long criss-cross welded 8 mm dia TMT bar arrangenment at the bottom and to be grounted in PCC block of suitable size at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully Copper/aluminium point wiring on wooden batten/ PVC conduit /PVC casing and capping (light/Socket/Power) complete including (Fittings such as swithches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators, sockets electric energy meters, light fittings, etc to be measured separately removing materials to the store and making good distrubed surfaces of walls. Floors etc to match with the existing including disconnection of celling/exhaust fan connection, complete all as specifed and direct by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix Flame proof point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volt grade (FRLSH) electric cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm phase and neutral drawn in and including ERW rigid steel stove enameled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 20 mm dia concealed type including all flame proof conduct fittings and accessories such as tees junctin boxes, bends duty tested by CMRI Dhanbad suitable for Six light controlled by on flame proof rotary switch SP one way and including drawing continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly complete conforming to IS-694 all as specifed and directed by Engrs-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Flame proof sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm multistandard copper conductor cable (FRLSH), PVC insulated cable 1100 Volts grade and 6 Sqmm as continous earthing single core copper drawing and including extra including ERW rigid steel stove enameled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 40 mm dia concealed type including all flame proof conduct fittings all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing totally enclosed flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary swithch single pole on & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230 Volts 16 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested & certificed by CMRI- Dhandbad .

Supply and fixing totally enclosed flame proof/weather proof LED fixture 2x20/16W complete 1200 mm with aluminium extruded and aluminium heat sink, System Lumen Efficacy -100 Lm/W operating Voltage between 140-270V ac, Power Factor more than 0.90%, LED Driving Current <70% of rated maximum forward current, THD less than 20%, CRI more than 80% , Luminaire intergal driver with 2KV surge protection, Over Load Protection, No Load Protection and BIS Marking (R No for Driver), Driver Certification IEC64347-2-13 IS (15885), Over all electrical efficency more than 90% Driver electrical efficiency will be > 85%, with 2 year warranty all as specified and directed.

The DB shall be having with IP-65 protection. Material and Labour for ignitor, 220-240V for existing HPMV/MH light fitting, fitted at a hight of 30 feet and above complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Spiral base type LED Bullb 14W, 220-240V (E-27), 1300 Lumen, white above complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix LED Endura Well Glass light 40 watt. Pressure die cast aluminum housing 240V,IP 65 class, including necessary fittings with suitable in -built electronic driver complete all as directed and as specified by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fixing of static Discharge Handles made out of 20mm dia, 500mm length electrolytic copper solid rod fixed on wall with Dough moulding compound (DMC) insulator, brass spacrs and connected to the static discharge conductor/20x3 mm copper strip with brazing all as specified and directed.

Suypply & Fix copper earth strip of size 25x3 mm buried in ground or fixed on wall connecting at ends, nuts and bulls, jointing alongwith suitable size PVC insulators as sample etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI strip of Size 32x6 mm buried in ground or fixed on wall conncting at ends, Jointing alongwith suitable size PVC insulator etc complete all as specififed and directed.

Repair to existing earthing and earth strip of any size including replacement of existing nuts, bolts,checknuts and washers with new items PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) , type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, mild steel frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6 mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade GI Pipe for lead protection as specified and directed.
