Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete at any position and any description complete all as specified.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Type B-1) 12.5 mm aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-12mm thick paver tiles 400x400 mm heavy duty of any pattern decided by GE as in pavings laid over 20mm thick screed bed 1:4 laid and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Matt Finish Heavy Duty GVT Parking Tile with grey cement and pigment 300x300x 10 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Type B-1) 20 mm aggregate as in flooring with 40mm glass strip and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing RMC (Redy mix cement concrete) M-25 using 20mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding and Pavement complete all as specified (GE will approve the plant for RMC based on physical inspection).

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed and specified

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fo vibro compacted precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658 - 2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with gray cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded aggregate in roof, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to road edges by means of cold bituminous premixed dence concrete 30mm consolidated thickness, using cold bitumen with 10-12%. binder content by weight of total mix spread manually rolled with minimum capacity 12 tonne and compacted to required camber and grdient by complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade precast cement concrete stone laid in position to the required line, level and curvature jonted with cement mortor 1:3 incl making the joint with or without grooves incl making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of two coats Guide line paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black/ shade incl priming coat and cleaning/preparation of the new surface laid as per desigh approved by Engr-in-charge

M&L for painting of two coats Guide line paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black/ shade incl preparation of the old surface laid as per desigh approved by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete as specified and directed

S & F in repair mild steel structural work in framed doors of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting etc and to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including hooks and pintle hinges locking arrangements etc confirmed to Fe 290 (Gde E-165). Complete all as per specified and directed.

Dismantaling plain sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified and directed..

S&F 2mm Fibre glass reinforced translucent sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in iron gate etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.
