Collection, supply and Filling of well gravel form approved quarry including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite and stacking them at road side to department gauge for pre measurement as directed by departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three P.sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications TNBPSS 56,57

Weathering course with broken brick jelly (20mm) lime concrete in pure slaked lime over R.C.C roof proportion being 32:12:5 cft required depth of 80 mm for giving required slope and thick to roof as required well beater with wooden beaters etc., complete as per specification

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20 C.m x 20 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges etc.,complete as per standard specification

Paving the floor with designed coloured vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Truss and M.S Grill Work including cost of Material conveyance of all material, fabrication and fixing charges etc.Complete as per ISI with rust preventive primer & ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary with power drill to the accessories such as supplying and fixing holdfasts, plastic bush inserts receiver runner bottom shock absorbers etc. Complete as Directed by the Departmental Officer.

Supplying and fixing Galvalium Sheet roof using necessary trusses, purlins and ''U" or "J" bolts, nuts, screws, nails and bitumen washers including cost of labour and materials etc., complete complyingg with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two Coats Weather sealed Exterior emulsion Paint as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floors complying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S window outer frame will be 25 x 25 x 3mm angle, the side frame with outer bars and M.S Sheets 1.60mm thick 20gauge MS sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolt, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The Make, Quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the engineer in charge before use on works )

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in cuitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and Ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick Hylum Sheet cover with TW Switch box and 5A F.T. Switch and making good of the Concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC CONCEALED LIGHT POINT/FAN POINT (for Electronics Regulator) (SD NO: 24)
