Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and any position including doors, gate but excluding framed trusses all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar type C1 (1:3:6) set in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cm 1;6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

S & F Mild steel works in fencing post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming toFe-290 Gde E-165

M & L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 ( 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations , filing and mass concrete.

Supply only chain link fencing any size

Fixing only chain link fencing including linewires, any mesh, size and type to any typeof standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type-C1 using (20 mm graded broken stone as in surface channel and drain incl. necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra fair forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc.

M &L for providing cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings including formwork.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection, pavement etc and finished the surface even and fair.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishines & pavings even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in manhole cover including necessary form work set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

S & F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M&L for coloured rubberised chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured rubberised machine pressed interlocking pattern paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade laid over and including 40mm thick sand cushioning layer and grouted with dry sand all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M &L for preparing new plastered or un plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint on walls a coat of chalk primer complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparing old plastered or un plastered o surface of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts(wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking outembedded portion in Concrete, brick work,ground masonry, etc andmaking good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed
