Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for laying of cable or pipes, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required leve, n.exc 10sqm on plan and getting out, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to under ground cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying the streching the cable in trenches, including hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified. Note : for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B brick, old size, as cable protection cover, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable, on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB four pole 63 AMPS, 16 KA Fixed Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting including 4 spreader link set of same make as that of MCCB for connection and lugs as required, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit external dia 20 mm fixed to street light pole for connection, exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F weather proof flat twin core aluminium conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm for connection of street light, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying cable of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches or passing through pipes with suitable cable gland and aluminium lugs of required sizes and testing after laying, complete all as specified and directed.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cubical type floor mounted LT panel, size 1.2m x 1.0m x 0.60m depth (HxBxD), outdoor type factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick, fully enclosed and angle iron frame of six 40 x 40 x 6mm thick and T section with front and rear openable double door shutter, dust and vermin proof and rear opening complete with locking arrangement, having a system of bus bars of aluminium of suitable size of 250 AMPS duly inslulated and mounted on Epoxy/porcelain insulators in totallly enclosed chamber with three phase and neutral 415 volts, AC system prewired with suitable copper wire PVC insulated with all control accesories, provn of suitable cable glands, duly powder coated of approved quality over a coat of red primer with sufficient free space complete to include the following accessories: - (a) MCCB 63 AMPS capacity 3 pole, 25 KA, 415 V fixed Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting type as Outgoing -01 No. (b) MCCB 32 AMPS capacity 3 pole, 25 KA, 415 V fixed Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting type as outgoing - 02 Nos. (c) Digital multi function meter - 01 No. (d) Set of indicating lamp with toggle switch RYB-01 Set.

M&L Earthing for machinery / equipment Installed at power house / substation using GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 32x6mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete and ncluding test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw and PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt around the earth plate watering pipe 20mm lifgt grade/galvanized and 40mm dia GI pipe med grade for protection of GI strip with funnel and wire mesh for watering necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR ( Part-I) of 2009 and testing on completion. (Note : Earth result should not exceed 2 Ohms)

S&F DB for street light made out of PVC sheet 3.0mm thick, dust and vermin proof out door type of size 350mmx300mmx150mm (HxWxD) with arrangement of incoming and outgoing feeder with 04 Nos copper bus bar of 32 Amp, for termination of line with and including single MCB SP 230V. 5A 10 KA (in accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1) and making arrangement for fixing wire twin core aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm from DB to light fitting, complete all as specified and directed.
