Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of hybrid air purification system with central air cleaner to achieve the IAQ parmaters by reducing harmful pollutants i.e. particulate matter (PMx), PM 2.5, allergens, pollen, smoke, bacteria, pathogens virus, VOC's, odor etc. based on trap & kill technology. The unit shall be in a powder coated steel casing and self contained. Unit shall be BMS compatible. It should be a customized product as per the filter dimensions of AHUs. Unit shall be monobloc structured type specifically designed for integration in Return Air path to centrally capture and kill germs. It shall be three working principles. Unit shall be suitable for the air quantity similar to AHUs. It should have pre-filter, polarizer grid, e-filter, run hour meter, clogging indicator light for filters. CAC shall be suitable for operation on 220±10 % volts, 50 Hz,1 phase AC power supply. Pressure drop should not be more than 5mmWG. The e-filter/collector should be washable type . In filter assembly Activated carbon filters (Minimum 1 Carbon filter per 1000 CFM) to be provided for removal of TVOCs & CO. Pressure drop should not be more than 3mmWG. Job also includes dismantling of existing filters and transporting the same to AAI store within the quoted cost. Agency has to study local ambient air data and quality of air before proposing & finalizing air cleaner. Unit should be suitable to meet all IAQ parameters i.e. PM 2.5, PM-10 etc. as per ASHRAE/ANSI/ NEA & OSHA etc.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of circular/rectangular inline fans with EC Motor , complete with sheet metal casing, direct driven centrifugal fan, motor with proper protection and inspection door as per the specifications. Fan should be suitable for operation on 415±10% volts, 50 Hz, three phase OR 240 ±10 %, 50 Hz, single phase AC power supply as required.

Supply of 2x1.5 sqmm armoured copper conductor control cable conforming to IS 7098 (Pt-1) 1988 for control wiring between UV lamps and Inline fans etc. as required.

SITC of GI Mixing Box suitable for above AHUs to install ESP filters as per site requirement and as per drawing approved by EIC.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (NOTE:- Pre-fabricated duct may also be accept, nothing extra shall be payble).

Supplying and fixing of 19 mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed sell Nitrile rubber (Class"O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive ofr Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhsive Nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing open surface/ RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.
