Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2. As per MoRT&H specification No. 305 Sr. No. 3.16 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared subgrade add cement@2% by weight to spread Material manually miixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Cement Treated Base (Water Bound Macadam G3 + 4% Cement (OPC) Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared sub base cement@4% by weight to the spread Material manually miixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and aplying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 511 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained form borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2. As per MoRT&H specification No. 305 Sr. No. 3.18 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within a lifts up to 1.50m and lead upto 1000m. As per technical specification clause No. 302.3 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. as per technical specification no 2100 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

RCC Grade M20 Using Batching Plant Transit mixer & Manual placing as per technical specifications clauses 12.08 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)
