Supply and lay in repair double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS 16205 & IS14930 ( Part I and II) for protection of underground cable of size 40 mm outer dia with all fittings such as clamps. coupler etc laid in trenches / road/ nallah or fixed along wall. poles or laid under floor (including cutting floor/Road and making good to match with existing adjoining surface etc for cable protection all as specified (excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately). Dismentling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable any type any size from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels after dismentling ends from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit.

Dismantling steel pole/strut of any description & any size

Supply and fix in repair octagonal hot dip galvanised iron pole, 6m long with base plate, 300mm long weather proof reinforced door opening with junction box mounting arrangement, inbuilt junction box, 'J' shape, EN8 foundation bolt with nuts template including RCC foundation as per manuacturer's design conforming to IS 1786 and cross arm made from 40mm dia GI light grade pipe with mounting plates , nut bolts and washer complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge . The foundation shall extend above surrounding levels by 200mm all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix in repair steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long).

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angles sections etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paints complte all as specified and as directed.
