Artwork development The agency shall deploy a qualified nominated artist to undertake the complete artwork development process for the project, including concept creation, design development, refinement, and finalization of all artistic content and visual elements. Artwork development & Graphic design for Exhibit surfaces, layers, cutouts, images,text, maps & models/ artefacts (if required). The Scope of Work will include but not be limited to the following: design, composition, archival restoration / clean up & pre-production processes and use of existing suitable images & creation of illustrations, photography including colouring, painting as per defined style / type wherever required. Deliverables will include supply of color printouts for approval and soft files of the same. Cost of print media, proof checking / revisions, translations, handling, carriage, etc complete in all respects and as per directions of Engineer in Charge. Mode of measurement will be flat or curved elevation area as per CAD drawings and or physical measurement. Final submission of approved final artworks in print ready format will be made in a commonly used open format. No proprietry software will be acceptable.

The G.I. frame of thickness 0.50 consists of GI metal stud frame of size 50mm having one flange of 41mm and other of 44mm placed @ every 600 mm c/c in vertical direction .These studs are placed at floor and ceiling channels of 76 mm width and 0.50 mm thick and having equal flanges of 32 mm. The floor and ceiling channels are fixed to floor and soffit using fasteners at every 600mm c/c. A horizontal frame section is placed at every 600 or 1200mm c/c .The Polyester wadding of thickness 50mm and density 48Kg/m3 is fixed in between the studs enact with chicken mess .On outer side one layer of 9mm perforated water proof WPC board is screwed .These boards are joined using “type S” Self tapping SS W 25 / 3.5 x 25mm corrosion resistant drywall steel screws spaced at 200mm centres on all joints and 300mm centres in the field of boards. Screw fixing is done mechanically. These boards are perforated ensuring min. 50% area is perforated. Finally 10mm thick ECHOBAR Polyester fibre acoustic panels are pasted on top of WPC board (using any acrylic adhesive such as fevicol SR998 or hot melt adhesive) of the board as per design of the architect. The entire system should eco-friendly, 100% recyclable & toxic free, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
