Under taking that the Firm is not blacklisted by any Govt/ Quasi Govt

The Tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the items similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years ( 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) to any Central or State Govt. Organization or PSU or private entities with in India or beyond India. The items offered for must be of the most recent series incorporating the latest improvements in design

Tenders of Tenderes quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (i) The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and (ii) The Tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) to any Central or State Govt. Organization or PSU private entities with in India or beyond India which must be in satisfactory operation. c. The Tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both a and b above, in Performa.

Copy of IT returns filed for the previous last 3 yrs 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

GST Registration Certificate and November 2025 GSTR

Bidder should submit samples of desks as per tender schedule, if the samples submitted does not meet the technical specification as per this tender or it is of poor quality, or bidder failing to submit the samples, their bid will be disqualified.

The bidder should have average annual financial turnover of the Tenderer during the last 3 proceeding financial year (i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) and the average Annual financial Turnover of the Tenderer (Micro & small Enterprises) during the last 2 preceding financial years (i.e2023-24, 2024-25) as below:
