Restringing of HT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified. Note- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed.

Supply only enamelled copper winding wire/strips of superior quality and approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns for rewinding HT/LT damaged coils of transformers of different make, type and capacity alongwith allied materials such as cork sheet, fibre glass insulation / paper insulation / cotton, ampire tape and wooden blocks, bolts, nuts and washers (Brass) soldering and other packing materials etc., all as specified and directed .Make : Atlas / BIC

Re-conditioning of LT coil of transformer copper wound made out of super enmalled insulated copper strips as per existing gauge and number of turns of any make, type and capacity including insulating, binding varnishing and backing as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the transformer step down 11KV / 433 Volts capacity ranging from 100 KVA to 400 KVA, pole mounted/platform mounted, disconnecting all electric connections taking down carefully and removing the top cover for inspection and then draining of complete transformer oil and taking out the core alongwith HT/LT coils, rewinding, heating, varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connecting up, refilling the dehydrated/ filtered transformer oil / top up new transformer oil and connecting with existing electrical system HT/LT and commissioning complete on load all as specified and directed .( In case the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken to the work shop for repairs and Reassembling & testing complete and provide testing report, transporting back & up load the same at site by using crain safely. Reconnecting & commissioning al as specified.) Notes :- 1. Winding wires /strips of copper or aluminium shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Spares like Breather assembly, Temp Gauge, LT Bushing, HT Bushing, Top up of new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. 3. Dehydration and filteration of existing oil shall be measured and paid separately. 4. Transportation of transformer if required ( to & fro) is deemed to be included. 5. Labour component for fixing of supply only items is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Ovening/heating of transformer of core rating 100 kva to 500 kva of with HV & LV coil / winding at steady temperature for up 72 hrs or above to get permissible insulation value complete all as specified

Supply and fill Silica Gel in transformer of any capacity/ any make including taking down old silicagel complete all as specified

Supply & lay 80mm dia bore GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc including taking down U/S one complete all as specified and directed
