M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls by scraping with steel wire brush of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflourescent, salts, treating oils and greasy spots, filling the holes/cavities and plastering the surface required, cleaning and preparation of the surfaces and applying complete with 3mm thick POP/Birla putty and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction complete all specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall be included for scaffolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs.

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with sagol over and including dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth with sagol all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying complete wall with 3mm thick POP/Birla putty for making smooth surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces ceiling and applying complete ceiling with 3mm thick POP/Birla putty for making smooth surface and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office.

Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.

Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site.

Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work and obtain the signature of occupant as the site clearance has done. The same shall be verified and put up before issue of completion certificate.

All Scarps will be done with mechanical scaper

Mechanical scaper should be deposit in our store at the time of sample approval
