Sub-Head:-Concrete-Work Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Sub-Head:-Masonry_Work Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Sub-Head:-Stone_Work Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. a) Masonry work (first sort) , in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Sub-Head:-Steel_Work Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Sub-Head:-Roofing Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. a)2mm thick flat.

Providing and fixing 0.37mm thick precoated MS liner sheet for false ceilng of approved make (TATA or Equillant) with necessary screws and scaffolding all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Steel for frame work to be paid separately) :

Sub-Head:-Finishing 12 mm cement plaster of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) : a)Flush/ Ruled pointing

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. a) Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade a) One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : a)Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Sub-Head:-Repairs_to_Buildings Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Renewal of old putty of glass panes (length) .

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspectionof work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Sub-Head:-Dismantling_and_Demolishing Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
