Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in width and 1.5m depth for taking out and laying PPR pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading , leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up GI/ PP-R pipe of undermentioned sizes tubing with all accessoreis complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 25mm dia 32 mm dia

(b) 40 mm dia to 50 mm dia

(c) 63 mm to 80mm dia

S&F 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes of following sizes ISI marked, IS-15801 SDR 7.4 (PN 10) & SDR 11 UV stablised and inner antimicrobial and outer UV stabilized fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain brass threaded polypropylene random fitting laid in trenches /walls/cellings or laying in floors incl fitting and fixture complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 25 mm dia

(b) 32 mm dia

(c) 40 mm dia

(d) 50 mm dia

(e) 63 mm dia

Supply, laying and testing of steel water tubes medium grade galvanized ,with all fitting and laid in trenches and floor etc for following sizes complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of PPR gate Valves (brass insert) of under mentioned sizes including cutting and inserting in existing pipe or fixing in new laid pipe with required fittings and fixtures complete all as directed

(a) 25 mm dia

(b) 32 mm dia

(d) 50 mm dia

(e) 63 mm dia

Material and labour for fixing including jointing and testing of cast iron sluice valves of size as following class PN 1.0, conforming to IS : 14846 flanged ends drilled having brass spindle with cast iron whell at top complete with nuts, bolts, washer complete all as per specified and as directed.

(a) 80 mm dia

Material and labour for brick masonary valve chamber of the following sizes including necessary excavation, PCC foundation, brick work, plastering and MS sheet cover of 6 mm thick including locking arrangement with two coats of red oxide primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all as directed of the folloiwng sizes: -

(a) 600 x 600 x 600 MM

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipeand fixed. (Minimum weight 20 mm - 210 gms . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) of undermentioned sizes :-

(a) 20 mm dia

(b) 25 mm dia

(c) 32 mm dia

S&F in replacement of 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polethelene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed up) of hoisted & fioxed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing pipe making connection of PPR distribution branch with PPR main of size 16 to 40 mm bore and inserting Tee conncetion and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing pipe making connection of PPR distribution branch with PPR main of size 50 to 75 mm bore and inserting Tee conncetion and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and directed.
