Providing & Fixing 16 mm ( sixteem) gauge anodized aluminium work in doors window ventilators and d partition with thick sheet of aluminium 63 x 38 mm (sixty three into thirty eight millimetre) section, half panel of 5mm ( five millimetre) bakelite sheet and 6mm ( six millimetre) thick plain glass in top portion complete air tight by providing neorpean gasket or silicon layer as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Dismantling of cement concrete floor laid in cement mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials up to any lead lead (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid forseparately)or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles double charged size of 600 x 600 mm ( six hundred into six hundred millimetre) of Kazaria/ Somany/ jonhson/Orient-Bell in flooring (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm ( twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement isto four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three point three kilogram/ per square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetera complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Applying Birla white/J.K wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) No. 20092 of size 61.5 x 34.5 x 40 cm (sixty one point five into thirty four point fiveinto forty centimetre) of Hindware with seat and lid, 10 ( ten) litres low level white PVC flushing cistern, including flush pipe with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231 with all fitting and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floor wherever required.
