Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make (Kajaria, Somany, AGL), in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black ofany size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm,including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including entire carriage of material upto all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidantels.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer JK Wall putty, birla white Putty , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including entire carriage of material upto all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidantels.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer Assian, Berger, British Paint and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification including entire carriage of material upto all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidantels.

One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Asian, Berger, British Paints) with Silicone additives of required shade including entire carriage of material upto all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidantels.

Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian, Berger, British Paints)of required colour to give an even shade including entire carriage of material upto all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidantels.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, rakingout joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidantels.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required including entire carriage of material upto all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidantels.
