SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO T 5 7 AND T 5 6 AT GANESHBARI 59 WEU UNDER GE DINJAN NO 2

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point ,socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches , ceiling roses, pendants , regulators , sockets , light fitting etc. removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes/MCB DBs / complete sealing the cable end and making good disturbed surface by walls etc.

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv sub main wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) complete for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of any type and size and keep in safe custody and deposite to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Point Wiring for one light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal Area) PVC insulated unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen (FR-LSH) ,1100 Volts Grade Copper conductor single core multi stranded copper cable must conform to IS 14927 (Part 1 & 2): 2001 using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code (Red Colour Cable for Phase and Black Colour Cable for Neutral), laid in and including PVC Casing and Caping size of casing and caping as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I (ISI marked) with Accessories including 1.50 Sqmm PVC ins-ulated Stranded Cpper Conductor Cable (Green Colour) as Earth Continuity Conductor and connected to Common Earth Dolly or as directed and PVC terminal box (For normal/modular switch socket) with 1.2 mm thick PVC cover fixed on Wall for one Light/Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description all as per ser item No 05 but for 05 amp socket outlets point controlled by one switch on Independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per ser item No 05 but for 15 amp socket outlets point controlled by one switch on Independent socket outlet using 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen(FR-LSH) copper conductor single core multi stranded copper cable must conform to IS 14927 (Part 1 & 2): 2001 using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code (Red Colour Cable for Phase and Black Colour Cable for Neutral), laid in and including PVC Casing and Capping size of casing and caping as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I (ISI marked) with Accessories including 2.50 Sqmm PVC insulated Stranded Cpper Conductor Cable (Green Colour) as Earth Continuity Conductor and connected to Common Earth Dolly or as directed and PVC terminal box (For normal/modular switch socket) with 1.2 mm thick PVC cover fixed on Wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Ceiling rose ceiling rose , 2 to 3 terminal PVC/ polycarbonate , isolated body type suitable for AC 230 volts complete all as specified.

M & L for module cover plate with frame as per site requirement for following module complete all as specified and as directed. 1 module
