Taking down chowkhat or frames including with shutters ( without taking of shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm n exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each and removing from site all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for resecuring or easing & adjusting shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm without taking down complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing solid PVC frame door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as specified.

Supply & fixing factory made solid pannel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkats of second class hard wood and frames, wrough, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chemfered, put together with glue pinned at joints as specified.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panelsof 9mm thick BWP commercial; ply or 12mm thick veneered p article boards on both sides. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemicaly pressure treated.

S&F, 25 mm thick 2nd class Hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open reabeted and prepare to received glass fitted with cut and mitred beads for secuing glass for ventilators.

M&L for preparation of new untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blanket any thickness including cover filllets.

S&F Glazing with sheet, 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty and glazing pins in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate)

M&L non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm , in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed for laying floor all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3.

M & L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular),polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

Ditto- as per item above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3.

M&L for white glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X200X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and pointed in white to match complete.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20cmx20cmx25mm thick ,set and jointed over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey pigment cement and pigment complete.

M&L 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40 mm graded stone agg) in sub base coarse complete

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 46000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
