Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in walls, pillars and posts, etc. including caps and bases complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or laterite stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laterite stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate considered is for laterite stone only as per section 6 stone masonry para 6.2.4 of SSR 2020 (Part-II)

All as per ser item No 5 above but except stone by using serviceable stone obtained from ser item No 4 here – in - before complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over literate stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of literate walling un coursed or brought up to the courses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering work in rendering cement mortar 1:6 on literate stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or stone surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of colour wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embeded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion in the concrete including dismantling of barbed wire fixed and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 4mm thick dia steel galvanized, PVC coated, chain link fencing having weight not less than 3.50 Kg per square metre, grid size as directed complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fixing shall be measured under appropriate item of schedule

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixmild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and diameter of neck not exceeding 12mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolt, including tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pin complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Material and labour for 25mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed trap stone agg) as in sub base, finishing the surface of concrete even and rough with and including use of necessary from work complete all as specified and directed
