Material and Labour for disconnecting defective transformer 33 KV/11 KV of capacity 3150 KVA from foundation and transportation the transformer for repair to authorized workshop/ factory, dismantling the transformer for repair and reassembling the same after repairs checking with phase to phase, phase to neutral with body & neutral earthing for proper result and connecting all connection properly with checking of oil level, silica gel, air release plug, gate valve, drain valve, bushing terminal, tapping changer etc and replacement of unserviceable parts, denting, welding, etc and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey paint) including preparation of surface, marking of MES No with white paint of suitable size and transportation from workshop/ factory to site and re-installed on platform commissioning and testing of transformer upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare parts/transformer oil/ rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for taking out unserviceable complete coil on limb and HT/LT winding of transformer 13 KV/11 KV capacity 3150 KVA with suitable size/ existing gauge supper enamelled copper winding wire insulated with necessary insulating material complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable HT bushes insulators of transformer 3150 KVA capacity including brass bush rod/spindle with nuts & wahers complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting transformer from load of any make, any size and any capacity, draining out transformer oil and regular filtration at location in position at site (on pole / platform) filtration upto required dielectric strength 45-50 KV with the help and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achive including testing of dielectric strength complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up / refilling of transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV minimum for transformer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs, over current & earth fault relay complete accessories as per existing make and model all as specified and directed. Make - C&S model No CSPR-V5 or technocommercial equivalent makes as per Appx 'C'.

S&F indicator lamp red/green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for checking, servicing of HT 11 KV 630 Amps, 20KA indoor type both sides externsible 5 RMU insulated, floor mounted with copper bus bar HT panel consisting of 01 No incoming VCB and 03 Nos outgoing VCB and 01 No air insulated bus PT panel coupled with RMU through bolted connection and sleeved busbars covered with insulating bolts. All live part, bus bars replacement of required part complete system commencing by technician if necessary requirement .

S&F in repair resin cast ring core protection CT 50/1 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,Transportation, fixng and errection of prestressed cement concerte pole 11 mtr long, miximum cross section 152mmx152mm at top and 152mm x 260 mm at bottom class-9 conforming to IS 01678 and including making alternate white and black strips 30cm height (total No-05 Nos), primer two cots of synthetic enamle paint oer a coat of primer complte all as speficied and directed.

S&F in repair pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 33000 volts grade including 1 mtr 4mm aluminium binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green single disc insulator including three-in series assembly for tension with tension clamps conductors working pressure 33000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, for 11 KV HT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc. for replacement of insulator / cross arms etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on pole, stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wire, jumpers etc complete for any size ( Mink of size 3 of 6/1X3.66 mm, Dog, Ferret, Weasel, Squirel of conductor. Note : - Measurement & Payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent pole and adding 3% extra for sag , joints and jumper etc .

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist, channel angle iron, flate iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clapms, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section inclduing nuts, bolts,washers, welding (Cold and Hot) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete including taking down old materials all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacemnt of broken/worn out components and insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing isolator gang operated (air break switch) outdoor type triple pole single break suitable for horizontal mounting revolving type consisting hot dipped galvinised channel having 2 Nos 33 KV post type insulator in stack and 03 such stack per phase copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned and double contacts plated MS arcing horn complete with 40mm galvanised medium grade pipe as operating rod of suitable length operated handle with locking arrangements at both on & off position coupling connection etc suitable for 33 KV of rating 400 Amp capacity as per IS-1818 and rated short time current 25 KA for 3 seconds complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, Lightning arresters (4 Nos 22/24 KV post insulator per phase, for all 3 phases) (station type) out door line discharge class 3 nominal discharge current 10 KA and high current withstand 100 KA assembly suitable for 36 KV including all clamps, nuts and bolts, washers etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp ® suitable for 33000 volt.

M&L for trimming of trees/ branches minimum 3 mtrs either sides coming under / touching HT over head line and throughing at a distance out side cantt area complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only effected area of over head conductor shall be measured as per running meter.

M&L in repair, earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earthing strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts/bolts/washer check nuts and other end connected to earht test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete pit PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate). 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slable (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia ) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling, and removal of surplus earth upto a distance exceeding 50 mtr etc. all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of PCC HT poles in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthentic enamelled paint in black and Red colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including writing in 80 mm wide letters/ numberss in both side of pole MES,HT and pole No complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling of broken stay assembly from various lacation any size and stay rod complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : Rates includes demolation of concrete and making good.

M&L fo stay assembly complete comprising of MS galvanised stay plate 30cm x 30 cm x 6mm , MS galvanised stay rod 20 mm dia with nut,215 cm long , MS galvanised stay bow 40 cm long with 02 Nos galvanised thimbles with and including all fittings as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately).

M&L for re-stretching ACSR conductor on HT pole having (3) conductors with earthing GI wire or guardning wire etc complete in any type OH line including jumpers using new conductor & binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for maintenance of HT 33 KV & 11 KV GOD horizontal/vertical type in position at locations by greasing all moving parts, cleaning contacts, making operating handle functional and tightening all connections incoming/ outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for and 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables and foundation etc.all as specifiedand getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured).

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for pole road/ stay assy incl necessary form work & finishing concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Volume of pole shall be deducted for payement purpose.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Volume of pole shall be deducted for payement purpose.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of stay complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 33000 volts earthed grade of cross sectioal area 300 Sq mm 3 core.

M&L cable jointing kit for 33 KV ( Earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm

Supply and laying Galvanised steel tubing 100 mm bore, light grade with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short plugs and unions etc.) and laid in trenches for protection of cable at road crossing etc complete all as specified and as directed.
