(b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface incl cleaning the surface . (c) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm)and 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flam technology method as per manufacturer instruction , as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in roofs, floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges, with type B-1, 1:2:4 using stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed including form work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling AC/Fibre sheet corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Cement slurry admixed with bonding compound Nitobond AR to be used for bonding of coving with RCC member, covering CI pipes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate admixed with integral WPC conplast WL (Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd). (b) Drilling 50 mm deep holes at a distance of 1 m c/c and cleaned with water and air, fixing nozzles of 12 mm dia on drilled holes, injecting non shrink cement slurry at a pressure of 40 psi and nipples plugged with quick setting compounds. (c) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastomeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (d) Applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC conplast WL after ponding test for a period for 72 hours of sunken floor . (e) GI tubing 40 mm dia of medium grade for spout of 150 cm long for each sunken floor. Note :- Plastered surface area shall only be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2(using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 Mpa. After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per Sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 43grade and 2part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site. Note:- (a)All services and work incl internal and external surfaces and members of six storey building). (b) The work shall be got executed through original manufacturer or their authorised applicator.

M&L for expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required of mild steel wire mesh of size 100 x 100 mm x 3.15 mm dia welded mesh tying with mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia binding wire or galvanised wire stales complete to existing reinforcement or steel members. M&L for Preparation of surfaces of steel reinforcement by cleaning thoroughly and providing, mixing and applying zinc-anti-rust agent as zink rich epoxy anticorrosive coating for corrosion protection system in two coats @ 0.20 kg/sqm/coat. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1 N/ sq mm according to ASTM C 882-78. and as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement at all height levels. Note :- Surface Area of steel reinforcement bar shall be measured for payment.

M&L for polymer modified cement bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete/masonry surface with 1 part of Sika latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight. Coverage Sika latex 0.25 kg/sqm for one coat at all heights levels. Adhesive bond strength not less than 2.5 MPa including chipping of the loose concrete all as specified & directed .
