Removing the unserviceable shelf of almirah large steel, supply, fabricate and fix shelf made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet of size 915 mm x 440 mm duly shaped, suitable for providing/fixing other members and prepare the surface and complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Reparing the existing 3 way locking system in almirah large steel by greasing, denting/bending including providing 10 mm dia MS round bars as required etc, complete and make functioning the locking arrangement all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall be inclusive for MS round bar provided at top and bottom.

Removing the existing unserviceable shutters of almirah large steel, supply and fix new shutters (double leaf) made out of 1mm thick PGI sheet of size 1800 mm x 430 mm fixed with MS butt hinges of 75 mm size and also making provision for fixing lock handle and 3 way locking system etc, and preparing the surface and complete all as per drawing and as directed.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM/SMALL STEEL : FD-350/243/1032/108

Removing the unserviceable shelf of almirah steel medium/small supply, fabricate and fix new shelf made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet of size 760 mm x 380 mm duly shaped to match with the existing/adjacent members and prepare the surface and complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Reparing the existing 3 way locking system in almirah steel medium/ small by greasing, denting/bending including providing 10 mm dia MS round bars as required etc., complete and make functioning the locking arrangement all as specified and as directed. Removing the unserviceable almirah lock of almirah large steel/ almirah medium steel, supply and fix new brass lock Make:Godrej 65 mm size with duplicate keys suitable for existing locking arrangement all as per drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing worn out/thread less handle of almirah large/ medium steel, supply and fix chromium plated handle of approved quality and fixing properly to locking arrangement to get functioning of locking arrangements etc., complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Removing unserviceable legs of almirah steel large/medium/small, supply and fix new legs ( 2 Numbers) made out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet of size 430 mm x 90 mm x 100 mm and fixed with body of almirah duly welded and preparing the surface and complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Preparing external and internel surfaces of the almirah large steel by derusting/scrubbing and dusting, applying metal putty of approved quality wherever all as specified and as directed.

Preparing all the external and internel surface of the almirah medium/small steel by derusting/scrubbing and dusting and applying metal putty of approved quality wherever required including applying two coat of syntheitc enamel asian paint of first quality approved tint (Olive Green/Smoke Grey/required colour)/make by spray painting with shining and finishing without any scratches all as specified and as directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH : FD 208/255

Removing the existing unserviceable top of teapoy verandah, supply and fix new top of size 900 mm x 450 mm made out of 18 mm thick commercial ply wood BWR grade fixed with 1 mm thick laminated sheet white shade on top with 4 mm thick teak wood beading around the top fixed with screws and provision of PVC shoes for all legs (each Table 04 Nos) complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Reparing to steel frame of teapoy verandah by cutting and removing the detoriated parts of steel frame supply and fix new 20 mm dia MS pipe of medium grade duly welded in place of the old one suitable to match with existing/adjacent members etc.,complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Prepare the external surface of teapoy varandah by scrubbing/ dusting and applying metal putty of approved quality wherever required and including provision of 04 Nos PVC shoes and applying applying two coats of synthetic enamel asian paint white/required colour) over a coat of metal primer with shining and finishing without any scratches etc, all as specified and as directed.

TABLE STEEL 900 MM X 600 MM WITH DRAWER : FD-1008

Removing the existing unserviceable table top of table 900 mm x 600 mm steel with drawer, supply and fix new table top of size 900 mm x 600 mm made out of 18 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade fixed with 1 mm thick laminated sheet matt finish shade on top with 4 mm thick teak wood beading around the top fixed with screws and finished with two coats of french polish (Make :Asian paints) on exposed sufaces of beads and including provision of 04 Nos PVC Shoes and applying two coats of white colour synthetic enamel asian paint over a coat of steel primer on bottom side of table top as preservative with shining and finishing without any scratches etc, complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Replacing the unserviceable drawer locks from table 900 mm x 600 mm steel with drawer, supply and fix brass drawer lock of size 40 mm, with duplicate keys, fixed with screws all as specified and as directed.

TABLE STEEL 900 MM X 900 MM : FD-1009

Removing the existing unserviceable table top of table 900 mm x 900 mm steel, supply and fix new table top of size 900 mm x 900 mm made out of 18 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade, fixed with 1 mm thick laminated sheet matt finish teak wood shade on top with 4 mm thick teak wood beading around the top fixed with screws and complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Preparing all the external surface of the table 900 mm x 900 mm/ 900 mm x 600mm by derusting/scrubbing and dusting, finished with two coats of french polish (Make asian) on exposed sufaces of beads and applying two coats of white colour synthetic enamel asian paint over a coat of primer on bottom side of table top as preservative, applying metal putty of approved quality wherever required including applying one coat of syntheitc enamel asian paint of first quality approved tint (black/grey/required colour) make by spray painting with shining and finishing without any scratches all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS : FD 75 (M)

Removing of unserviceable seat frame of chair CB steel with arms, supply and fix new seat frame made out of second class hard wood beading 50 mm x 30 mm of size 480 mm x 460 mm duly shaped and finished alround with and canned with white plastic cane of 0.4 mm thick and 2 mm wide half round and border with 3 mm wide white plastic cane, superior quality (Godrej pattern weave) etc, complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable back frame of chair CB steel with arms, supply and fix new back frame made out of second class hard wood beading 50 mm x 30 mm of size 480 mm x 410 mm duly shaped and curved the top and finished alround with and canned with white plastic cane of 0.4 mm thick and 2 mm wide half round and border with 3 mm wide white plastic cane superior quality (Godrej pattern weave) and including provision of 04 Nos hard rubber shoes and rubber cap for conduit pipe as per drawing etc complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable hand rest from chair CB steel with arms supply and fix new hand rest made out of second class hard wood of required shape and size as per drawing and finished alround with two coats of black paint over a coat of wood primer with shining and finishing without any scratches and fixed with wooden screw all as per drawings and as directed.

Reparing the deteriorted/damaged portion of chair CB steel with arms by cutting and providing and welding new mild steel frame of 25 mm dia MS conduit pipe of medium grade of required length and shape, and applying two coats of (Olive Green/Smoke Grey) synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metal primer including preparation of steel surfaces and applying metal putty of approved quality with shining and finishing without any scratches and colour where required etc, complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Derusting/scrubbing of steel surface of chair CB steel with arms, prepare the surface by applying metal putty where required of approved quality and colour and applying two coat of (Olive Green/Smoke Grey/Where required black & other colours) synthetic enamel paint, including providing PVC shoes best quality suitable to legs (4 Nos) etc, complete all asspecified and as directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITHOUT ARMS : FD 75 (M)

Removing of unserviceable seat frame of chair CB steel with out arms, supply and fix new seat frame made out of second class hard wood of cross section 50 mm x 30 mm of frame size 430 mm x 410 mm duly shaped and finished with two coats of french polish all-around wooden surface and caned with white plastic cane of 2 mm wide 0.4 mm thick half rounded and border with 3 mm wide white plastic cane, superior quality (Godrej pattern weave) etc, complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable back frame of chair CB steel with out arms supply and fix new back frame made out of second class hard wood of cross section 50 mm x 30 mm of frame size 380 mm x 410 mm duly shaped and curved the top and finished with two coats of french polish alround wooden surface and caned with white plastic cane of 0.4 mm thick 2 mm wide half rounded and border with 3 mm wide white plastic cane superior quality (Godrej pattern weave) etc, complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Reparing the deteriorated/damaged portion of conduit frame of chair CB steel without arms by cutting and providing and welding new mild steel frame made out of 25 mm conduit pipe of medium grade of required length and shape, complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Derusting/scrubbing of steel surface of chair CB steel without arms, preparing the surface by applying metal putty of approved quality and colour applying two coat of wood primer and metal primer and synthetic enamel asian paint ,with shining and finishing without any scratches (OG/Smoke Grey/Black/Required other colour as per directed), including provision of new PVC shoe of best quality suitable to legs (4 Nos) etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL FD-1029

Removing of unserviceable worn out legs of Locker steel and providing with new legs fabricated out of 1mm thick MS Sheet made to shape and size and fixed in position by means of welding all as per drawing No FD-1029 including painting the new steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel asian paint olive green/Smoke Grey by spray painting over a coat of Red Oxide Primer with shining and finishing without any scratches after necessary preparation of surface all as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable Chromium plated steel tower bolt, 50mm size and providing Chromium plated steel tower bolt, 50mm welded to top or bottom of right shutter all as per drawing No FD-1029 all as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable Chromium plated steel conduit pipe, 20mm dia, 1.6mm thick, 380mm long and providing Chromium plated steel conduit pipe, 20mm dia, 1.6mm thick, 380mm long fixed to existing pair of sockets on the upper portion of the left chamber all as per drawing No FD-1029 all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable Hasp and stapple of Locker steel and providing with new hasp and stapple 100mm all as per drawing No FD-1029 all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable Bow Handle of Locker steel and providing with new stainless teel Bow handle 125 mm all as per drawing No FD-1029 all as directed.

Preparing all the external and internel surface of the almirah medium/small steel by derusting/scrubbing and dusting and applying metal putty of approved quality wherever required including applying two coat of syntheitc enamel asian paint of first quality approved tint (Olive Green/Smoke Grey/required colour)/make by spray painting with shining and finishing without any scratches all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable top from table bed side and suply and fixing new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging fixed to frame all as shown on drawing and all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable side from table bed side and supply and fixing new side made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board fixed to frame with suitable size of screws all as shown on drawing and all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable back ply from table bed side and supply and fixing new back made out of 8mm thick plywoodfixed to frame with suitable size of screws all as shown on drawing and all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable drawers from table bed side and supply and fixing new drawers (Top & bottom) made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board all as shown on drawinng and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable table top of table office Officer steel, supply and fix new table top of appropriate size shown in drawings made out of 18 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade fixed with 1mm thick laminated sheet matt finish shade on top with 4 mm thick teak wood beading alround the top fixed with screws and complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Reparing / Removing the deterioted / damaged portion of steel frame of table office Officer steel, supply new steel frame of 25 mm square tube 1.6 mm thick of required length and shape, fixing by welding neatly and provisioning of PVC Bush for legs (04 Nos) with shining and finishing without any scratches etc., complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawer from Table officer steel and supply and fix new drawer (one x3 tier drawer and one x single tier large one) of 355/360mm width and shape all as per drawing and as specified.

Replacing the unserviceable drawer locks and handles from table office Offrs steel, supply and fix new PVC recessed handles (4 numbers) and drawer locks (2 numbers) of brass of size 40 mm, with duplicate keys, fixed with screws all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable MS hand rest of chair with writing pad, supply and fix new MS hand rest of required shape and size as per drawing with one coats of synthetic enamel asian paint Black colour of first quality approved tint make by spray painting with shining and finishing without any scratches all as directed and as per drawing.

Derusting/scrubbing of steel surface of chair with writing pad prepare the surface providing applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Repairing the detoriated/damaged portion of chair with writing pad by cutting and providing and welding new steel frame of 25mm 18 gauge rounded pipe of required length and shape, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with shining and finishing without any scratches etc, complete all as per drawing and as directed.

STAINLESS STEEL 03 SEATER SOFA SET (TP)

Removal of old unserviceable seat cushion of sofa set 3 seater and providing new 40 density foam 100mm thick (Make: Sleepwell/Kurlon) covered with long cloth and shall be tapestry cover of quality not less than Rs. 300 per metre and fixing to the existing 25mm dia hollow steel pipe to be fixed with duly growing flat head nut & bolt as per required sizes as specified in drawing and approved by GE.

Removal of old unserviceable back cushion of sofa set 3 seater and providing new 40 density foam 100mm thick (Make: Sleepwell/Kurlon) covered with long cloth and shall be tapestry cover of quality not less than Rs. 300 per metre and fixing to the existing 25mm dia hollow steel pipe to be fixed with duly growing flat head nut & bolt as per required sizes as specified in drawing and approved by GE.

Removing of unserviceable PVC hand rest of stainless steel three seater sofa set, supply and fix new PVC hand rests of required shape and size as per drawing all as directed and as per drawing.

Derusting/scrubbing of steel surface of stainless steel three seater sofa set prepare the surface providing applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (Black colour) complete all as per drawing and as directed.

BOOK CASE STEEL. FD-1028

Dismantling carefully and taking out the old unservicerable/damaged shelf of Book case steel (4 numbers total) and supply and fixing of new shelf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick bent to shape and welding the same properly in position all as per drawing including applying two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spray painting after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking out the old unservicerable/damaged 3mm thick glass panes of Book case steel and supply and fixing of new glass panes 3mm thick as per sizes and the same properly in position all as per drawing.

CHAIR CANE CHR-7 GODREJ (TP)

Removing of unserviceable seat frame of chair cane CHR-7, supply and fix new seat frame made from chemically treated and seasoned wood, 46 cm x 42.5cm duly shaped and finished alround with two coats of Black with matt finish paint and canned with white plastic cane of 0.4 mm thick and 2 mm wide half round and border with 3 mm wide white plastic cane, superior quality (Godrej pattern ) etc, complete all as per drawings and as directed.

E.R.W tube dia 2.54cm (1") X16 Gauge thick and powder coated of required shape and size as per drawing and finished alround with two coats of black paint over a coat of wood primer with shining and finishing without any scratches and fixed with wooden screw all as per drawings and as directed.

RACK STEEL ADJUSTABLE 6 TIER . FD-106

Dismantling carefully and taking out the old unservicerable/damaged shelf (Total 5 shelf available in rack steel) of Rack steel six tier and supply and fixing of new shelf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick bent to shape and fixing the same properly in position all as per drawing including applying two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint olive green by spray painting after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Repairing the deteriorated / damaged portion of frame of table dining Ors by cutting and providing necessary welding with new steel frame of 25mm square conduit 1.6mm thick of required length and shape frame extended of size 1620mm x 900mm width and provision of additional support by forming 100x100x140mm triangle shaped MS Sheet Corner stiffner of 1.6mm thick (total 8 Nos) 4 Nos eachat long rail to legs and short rail to leg for each table and appplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including removing the existing top of table dining ORs and providing new table top of size 6'x3.5' made out of 18mm thick plywood BWR grade and fixed to frame using nut and bolt 60mm long with washer as per requirement and providing cover with0.4mm thick stainless steel sheet, covered over all on top and folding the SS sheet upto bottom with minimum 15mm at all edges of sheet stainless steel safely corner clip fixed 04 Nos of each table including applying a coat of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of wood primer on bottom side of table top with shining and finishing without any scratches and provision of PVC shoe for all legs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

RACK SHOE STEEL. FD /E6/MAP/02(R)

Repairing the deteriorated / damaged portion of rack shoe steel by cutting and providing necessary welding with new steel frame of 25mm round conduit 1.6mm thick of required length and shape, frame extended to 880 mm x 700 mm x 300mm

Removing the unserviceable leg pipe from Rack shoe steel and fix new leg with complete 25 mm MS pip of 18 guage.

Removing the MS Rod and frame of Jali Shelves from Rack shoe steel and fix new 19 MM of 18 guage instead of 20 mm jali shelves with 3 mm dia MS Rod and preparation of surfaces of the rack shoe steel scrubbing/ dusting/ sanding including applying two coats of first quality synthetic enamel asian paint black by spray painting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAIR VERANDAH

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of chair verandah by scrapping with emery paper, cleaning, redusting, making the surface smooth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of white of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing torn out/ unserviceable cane from both seat and back of chair verandah and recanning the same with best quality plastic cane 4mm wide and 0.4mm thick of make : Maharashtra cane/ Marcanr or any other make approved by G after cleaning thoroughly entire chair surface including provision of new PVC shoe of best quality suitable to legs (4 Nos) etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE : FD-220

Removing the existing unserviceable plywood from GI charpoy and S&F 12mm thick, BWR plywood of size 1980mm x 900mm and rounded edges at four corners duly fixed with MS Bolts and nuts of size 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI charpoy (03 Nos each on both long rails and 02 Nos each on short rails), including welding with 03 Nos mild steel flat iron of size 40mm x 6mm, 900mm long conforming to standard Grade and preparation of new steel surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel asian paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer on entire area of flat iron complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable / broken long rails from GI Charpoy, S&F new long rail made out of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe, duly threaded at both ends all as specified and directed and as per drawing.

Removing of unserviceable/ broken short rail from GI Charpoy and replace the same with serviceable GI pipe 32mm dia obtained/ retrieved from long rail Item here in above by cutting and threading both ends suitable for required length complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing unserviceable broken legs from GI Charpoy and replace the same with the serviceable GI pipe 32mm dia obtained/ retrieved short rail item here in above by cutting to required length and threading at one length and providing second class wooden block/welding with 3mm thick MS plate at bottom end of each legs and provision of MNF set clamp as required complete all as per drawing and as directed.drawing No: FD-220

Removing the unserviceable GI Check nut and supply and fix new GI Check nut 32mm dia medium grade of approved quality complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable Elbows from GI charpoy, supply and fix new GI Elbow 32mm dia three way medium grade of approved quality all as per drawing and as directed.

CHARPOY IP WITH HARD TOP AND BED HARD STEEL :FD/E6/MAP/08R & FD/MAP-II/01

Removing the unserviceable ply wood top from charpoy with ply top,supply and fix ply wood 12mm thick BWR plywood grade of size 1980mm x 900mm , rounded edges at four corners duly drilled and fixed with mild steel bolts , nuts of size 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick-10Nos per charpoy (03 Nos of hole each on both sides of long rails and 02 Nos each on short rails), per charpoy with ply top complete as per drawing and as directed.

Preparing all the external surface of the Charpoy with plytop steel and Bed hard steel by derusting/scrubbing and dusting, providing metal putty of approved quality wherever required including applying one coat of syntheitc enamel asian paint of first quality approved tint (Black) and make by spray painting and supply and fix 04 Nos rubber shoes approved quality for each charpoy and Bed hard steel all as per drawing and as directed. Note for Item No 01 to 22 : Furniture items shall be removed carefully from store yard for repairs without damaging other items and after carrying out repairs shall be shifted in side store yard and neatly all stacked as directed by furniture-in-charge on a daily basis and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include for this provision. Any spares/parts replaced shall be suitably treated with primer and paint as required (if not specifically not mentioned) and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
