M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 faces of brick or concrete surfaces (external surfaces) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished fair, even and smooth without using any extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water or cement lime plaster any description.complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note :- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) Note :- Rate is inclusive of scaffolding upto height of 12 m.

M&L for 10mm thick rendereing brick or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finishing the surface fair & even without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water or cement lime plaster any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water or cement lime plaster any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water profing compound mixed with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white wall putty 1mm thick on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall (Internal/External) /chajjas/roof projections including facias, cornices etc by scrapping with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) & (external surface by washing/cleaning down with water) by skilled labour including filling holes, cracks, depressions of scraped surfaces with putty and preparation of surfaces for further treatment. Necessary scaffolding suitable for height upto 10.00 mtr from average ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats exterior weather proof emulsion paint of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on old prepared wall surfaces incl chajjas, patta etc. having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Water, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and over a coat of priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm. Necessary scaffolding suitable for height upto 10.00 mtr from average ground level complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 9.00 here-in-before but except primer but one coat of exterior weather proof emulsion paint on old prepared wall surfaces including chajjas, patta etc. surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
