Providing and applying FRP Coating on aeration tank of 100 KLD STP-JNU/Engg./02/2026-27

Repairing of existing MS tank of STP plant with the applying of 3mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) coating/lining Includes application of one layer of resin, followed by chopped strand mat (CSM) (300 GSM/450 GSM), with alternate layers of resin and mat to achieve required thickness. Final finishing with resin coat including Surface preparation of existing MS tanks by primer application, grinding to achieve a clean, dry, and rough surface suitable for FRP bonding etc with testing of jointing and water tightness complete as per direction of Engineer-In Charge. The vendor will ensure a completely leak proof condition of the tank.

Supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of Union Type 80 mm (3" NB) CPVC Ball Valve complying with ASTM F439 (Schedule 80) suitable for high-pressure water systems. The valve shall have EPDM O-rings, PTFE seat, and socket/threaded end connections i/c solvent cement, cleaning agents, pipe cutting, threading/solvent welding, and testing. etc complete as required

Cleaning & Desiliting of aeration Tank including dismantling/removal of existing damaged FRP coating/ lining in 100 KLD STP,complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
