Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any portion not otherwise specifically provided for & removal of demolition material to outside from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (PQC) work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete 150 to 200mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming fair finshed drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks (factory made), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary foam work, if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone walls or other than fair faces of brick walls fiinished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cover slabs for manhole slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water toughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM (1:6) & including demolition, complete all as specified and directed.
