All E&M services, rising mains, 02 nos. lifts per tower (one lift for 15 passenger & one lift for 15 passenger cum stretcher), installations of Internal & External Electrifications work, Fire fighting, signages,Fire Alarm System & PA, IP Based CCTV security surveillance system, Solar PV Generation Power Plant, UPS ,Pressurized Ventilation for lifts, LT cables, LT Panels, emergency panels, Gas supply system including gas flow meter, smart meters for electricity & water as per requirement, External lighting & EV charging system, provision for internet connectivity & DTH connection to individual flats (For internet connectivity only conduiting from LV shaft to drawing/living/dining rooms to be provided) etc., civil, electrical, mechanical external services connection, all internal and external electrification, mechanical, plumbing works and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil, E&M etc. of residential building towers. Planning, Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11KV High Voltage Panels with 30 min battery power back up for control circuit, 11/.433KV Dry type step down Transformers, complete with associated auxiliaries as specified in technical specifications. High voltage cables for inter-connection between the H.V. panel and transformers including end terminations. M.V. Panels. Bus trunking (sandwich type)/cables for inter-connection between transformer’s M.V. terminals and the M.V. Panel as specified. Automatic Power Factor Improvement Panel if required. active harmonic filters, TVSS (transient voltage suppression system), SPD (surge protection system), Earthing system for entire substation equipments. Safety Equipments, framed instruction chart & SLDs & fire suppression system as per technical specifications. Emergency M.V. Panel. DG set with AMF panel, MS structure for DG exhaust, cables for inter connection between DG set to AMF panel, Main LT panel to AMF panel & AMF panel to Emergency panel, LT Power & Control cables including end terminations. External Electrical service connections, all electrical equipments foundations, Internal & External electrical works, fire detection and Alarm system etc. complete as required. Miscellaneous items required for successful testing and commissioning of substation equipments as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and all internal and external electrification, mechanical, plumbing works and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil, E&M etc. of Sub-station & Panel Room. (a) Guard rooms with toilet - 02 Nos. (Single Storey) including Control room for Main Gate - Tentative Plinth Area: 35 Sq.m x 2= 70 Sqm Security hut (Single Storey) - Tentative Plinth Area: 6 Sqm RCC framed Structure of "Guard room - 02 nos. (Single storey) & Security Hut - 01 no. (Single Storey) including jungle clearance,removal of trees, all cutting and filling in earthwork (to desired levels as per drawings) as required including disposal of unsuitable/excess earth and supply of suitable/desired filling material for all leads and lifts, demolition of existing structure if any, anti-termite treatment, sand filling in plinth, centering & shuttering works, RCC works, CC works, Masonry work, laying concrete with all precautions in or under water/liquid mud with pumping/bailing out water, removing slush etc., flooring, skirting, dado, sill, stone works, all finishing work including Internal & External Plaster, painting, door-window-ventilators of all types including their fittings and fixtures, Aluminium & glass work of all types including fittings and fixtures, steel work, all services like water supply, sanitary, drainage etc. including their installations, all toilet & sanitary works including fittings and fixtures, installations, water proofing work on terrace, over head polyethylene water storage tank for domestic & flushing water, plinth protection work all around the building, water-supply system, etc. complete in all respect. All E&M services, installations of Internal & External Electrifications work, signages, CCTV system, LED display, IP based EPABX system & LAN system, Rack & interconnections, UPS, DB & MCB, External lighting, 02 nos. 2TR split AC with timer switch etc., civil, electrical, mechanical external services connection, all internal and external electrification, mechanical, plumbing works and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil, E&M etc, of Guard Rooms/control room. For security hut - All E&M services, installations of Internal & External Electrifications work, signages, electrical, mechanical external services connection etc. with integrating all services.
(b) Boundary Wall (3.6 m Height from outside road level) having Length approx. 768 m (along the plot boundary) as per drawing/site layout including gates & entrance structure RCC framed structure of Boundary wall & entrance structure with providing & fixing MS gates including jungle clearance,removal of trees, all cutting and filling in earthwork (to desired levels as per drawings) as required including disposal of unsuitable/excess earth and supply of suitable/desired filling material for all leads and lifts, demolition of existing structure if any, centering & shuttering works, RCC works, CC works, Masonry work, laying concrete with all precautions in or under water/liquid mud with pumping/bailing out water, removing slush etc., weep holes with uPVC pipes, all finishing (External Plaster), painting, expansion joint, steel works, concertina coil fencing works, providing and fixing MS gates etc. complete in all respect.
(c) Parking shed - Cantilever type Jungle clearance, removal of trees, all cutting and filling in earthwork (to desired levels as per drawings) as required including disposal of unsuitable/excess earth and supply of suitable/desired filling material for all leads and lifts, demolition of existing structure, if any, centering & shuttering works, RCC works, CC works, laying concrete with all precautions in or under water/liquid mud with pumping/bailing out water, removing slush etc., providing, fabrication & erection of structural steel frame work with fixing to RCC padestal suitably and roofing with profiled GS sheet, priming and painting of steel works complete in all respect.
(d) Other External development works includes levelling work and raising original ground level to desired levels (as per drawings), internal roads & on-street parking areas of the housing complex & external road (connectivity to adjacent colony road near house no. TD+44 of TD+ housing from Entry/Exit-2 & connectivity to existing public road from Entry/Exit-1), footpaths, culverts (Pipe/slab/box as per site requirement) for crossing existing drains, Pump room & UGWT, signages and road/parking marking etc., Trenches for services, External water supply system (for domestic, flushing, garden irrigation), Storm water drainage (surface and roof water), Rain water harvesting system, External Sewerage system, STP - Sewerage Treatment plant (including all civil, electrical & mechanical works), Horticulture, Landscaping & Electrical, Mechanical Works etc. as per drawings Jungle clearance,removal of trees, levelling of site & raising original ground level to desired levels (as per drawings) including all cutting and filling in earthwork as required including disposal of unsuitable/excess earth and supply of suitable/desired filling material for all leads and lifts to achieve the desired levels, demolition of existing structure, if any, anti-termite treatment, centering & shuttering works, RCC works, CC works, Masonry works, laying concrete with all precautions in or under water/liquid mud with pumping/bailing out water, removing slush etc., road (internal & external), on-street parking areas, signages and road/parking markings etc., paver, footpath & ramps, culverts, steel, SS railing works with all fittings & fixtures, external water-supply, sewerage system, drainage system, rain water harvesting system with all trenching/excavation, bed preparation, backfilling, RCC, CC works, precast covers, pipe laying, connections to main/city services, manholes/chambers/traps/drains with required covers etc., valves and other fitting & fixtures, UG Tank with Pump Room including basement with all works (RCC, CC, plaster, painting, waterproofing, flooring, railing etc.), Supply, installation of STP including all civil works, plant room as per requirement, tertiary treatment, treated water tank, ultra filteration unit such that water is made reusable for flushing etc. for the campus including testing & commissioning of all works/utility services. The works mentioned under (a) to (d) as above to be completred in all respects including civil, electrical, mechanical external services connection, all internal and external electrification, mechanical, plumbing works and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil, E&M etc. of External development works & other ancillary infrastructure.
