Modification of long conveyor for Amada Band Saw Machine (1 to 6) of Mill Providing Section in WAP

• The bidder should have carried out Design/Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Erection & Commissioning /Supervision during Erection & Commissioning of Conveyor System (Roller/chain/slat) of minimum 10-meter length in any Industrial Project during the last 10 years as on date of issuance of NIT.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31' March 2023 should be at least Rs.1,50,00,000.00 (Rupees One Cores Fifty Lakhs Only)

• In case, the bidder is in a consortium: - a) One or more of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members are permitted) can either individually or together fulfil the criteria of Para-1 above b) The experience of the concerned members should commensurate with the responsibility matrix provided in the consortium agreement. c) Leader of consortium should be the member having maximum job or share of work in value terms.

• In case, the bidder is in a consortium, the combined total average annual financial turnover of the consortium members during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should not be less than Rs.1,50,00,000.00 (Rupees One Cores Fifty Lakhs Only).

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2023 as per the Audited annual accounts. In case, bid is submitted by the consortium, Net worth of each member of the consortium should be positive in the financial year 31st March 2023 as per the Audited annual accounts

• Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility criteria wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (institute of Chartered Accountant of India) shall contain the UDIN. (Unique Document Identification Number)

• In compliance to Restriction under Rule 144 (xi) in the General Finance Rules (GFRs) 2017 of Govt. of India (regarding Country of Bidder sharing a land border with India), the Bidders shall submit certificate/undertaking regarding guidelines given at Annexure-10 of SBD 2020 updated in December 2022. In cases of Consortium bidding, certificate/undertaking shall be submitted individually by each member of the Consortium
