Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.

Providing brick flat soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified (a) 1: 3 :6

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (Upto 1st floor level)

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works using cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate with cost of necessary and curing for reinforced cement concrete work complete as directed .(b) M20 or Prop. 1:11/2:3 (A) In sub - structure up to plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level

B) In super structure up to 1st floor level

Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (b) In proportion 1:4.

Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified

Providing, fitting and fixing in position false ceiling of 6mm thick Bison panel (cement bonded particle board) on timber frame of 1st class local wood (Hollock/ Bonsum/ Sundi) of 50mm x 50mm spaced at not more than 1.20m apart , fixed to the wall at the end with necessary nails, wood screws, hooks,bolts etc. including painting (one coat primer and two coats of painting) as necessary complete as directed by the Department for all levels.

112 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level

Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses fabricated out of combination of any two or all of the following sections (i) Square section (ii) Rectangular Hollow section of specification RSH/SHS and (iii) M.S. circular hlollow section of Grade 210 including purlins, bottom runners and providing M.S. cleat, M.S. angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing ceiling joist as per design complete as directed as per specifications. b) Using other ISI marked approved brand tube

Providing corrugated galvanised Iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvanised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete (d) 0.60 mm thick

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/washers etc. complete as directed.(ii) 230 mm lapping

65 mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 53 mm under layer of cement concrete in prop. 1:3:6 (1 : 3: 6) and 12 mm thick wearing coarse of cement sand plastering in prop. 1:2 laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish including curing etc. complete as directed.

Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor.(a) 15 mm thick

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs ....... etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80mm wide M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire lenth and jointed together at the ends by end-locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates, guide channels and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operation complete including cost of wire, spring and hood cover for the shutters.

Supplying, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm fabricated, welded, mitred and joined as per relevant I.S. Codes including fitting 8 nos. of M.S. hold fast, ......... the door to the frame, applying primer to all steel surfaces fixing the frame to the wall/ R.C.C. members by embedding the hold fast securely in C.C. block of M-15 grade complete at all levels as specified and directed.

Providing, fitting and fixing full panelled doors/ windows including oxidised M.S butt hinges (100mm x75 mm x3.55mm), 300x10 mm Tower bolts-2nos,150 mm Door handle-2nos, 300x16mm- Sliding Door bolts-2nos and Door stopper with rubber stopper-1nos with necessay screws complete.B) With 1st class localwood (Gamari/ Hollock/ Bonsum )35 mm thick

Providing, fitting and fixing M.S. grill of required pattern for windows/ clerestory windows/ with M.S. flats at required spacing in frame all round, squre or round M.S. bars with round headed bolts and nuts or screws.b) Fixed to steel frames

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laid in cement mortar 1: 4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop. 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface ... including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade .... and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized. 4.00mm thick.

Supplying, fitting and fixing wind ties with 40mm x6mm M.S. flat iron and necessary 10 mm dia G.I hook bolt, G.I flat washer and bitumen washer etc. complete including two coats painting with red oxide anticorrosive paint.

Providing barge board of size 200mm x 20mm with 1st class local Hollock/ Bonsum timber including fitting and fixing with necessary wood screws etc. complete.
