Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete

Plastering with Cement mortor 1:5 (one cement,five sand) with 12 mm thick including cost of all materials,labour charges for finishing and curring etc., complete

Plastering with Cement mortor 1:3 mix over the exposed RCC surfaces to 10 mm thick

Painting two coats of newly platered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt, and including plater of paris

Supplying and fixing the MS Steel door with the following specification MS Angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm used for the outer frames and Ms angles of size 35 x 35 x5mm for the shutter frame stiffeners with 32mm x 6mm MS. flats is provided at required intervals in shutter frame 18 gauge CR sheet is laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact for 1/3 bottom portion of the shutter M.S flats 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm Ms Flat sandwitching the CR sheet in between. Additional stiffeners with 18 x 5 mm Ms flat is provided diagonally at rear side of the shutter. The balance 2/3 portion at top is provided with grill at an average weight of 9 kg/ sqm. 3 nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6 nos in case of double leaves shutter to be provided 6 nos of holdfasts 120mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frame of the door.tower bolts 2 nos one at top & and other at the bottom are provided one aldrop is provided at an appropriate place in the door,A tie bar is provided

Manufacturing,supplying & fixing in position Steel windows openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section with the following specification MS Angles of size 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m and mullion J section of size 45x25x3mm at 2.28 kg/m and shutter section is made 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS7452/1990. each openable shutter should not exceed 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. the panal of the shutter should be covered with 15 gauge cold rolled sheet with horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm flats

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete 20mm size in pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab, the projection being 32:12.5 for required depth and laid with required slope and thickness

Finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 23 x 23 x 2 cm of approved quality in cement mortar 1:3 12mm thick with water proofing compound confirming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar is mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutters wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg / sqm. etc., complete complying with standard specification

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs, fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site ( Site will be shown by the TWAD Board Officers) including construction of mud pit. Drilling 140 / 150 mm dia Pilot Bore upto 60m depth ending below ground level. i. Upto 60 m Depth ending below ground level

Supplying and fixing of inserting 150 mm dia (PVC Casing pipes assembly with slots or with out slots) in the drilled hole including welding the joints etc., complete and supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the Executive Engineers of TWAD Board.
