Polishing one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces to Book Case with lacquer polish of approved make and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface. The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment. Note: The surfaces of furniture to be polished shall be cleaned by grinding machine in order to get high glossy finish alike new furniture.

Rack Shoe Steel (FD/E6/MAP/02 (R) Repairs to Rack Shoe Steel for the following:- Taking down existing U/S fitting/ fixtures of Shoe Rack and refixing/ welding and minor repair applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, first quality, over one coatof red oxide, all complete as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Table Writing (Drg No. FD-275) Taking out unserviceable top of table writing, supply and fixing of new top shall be made out of 18mm thick exterior grade particle board (ISI marked) duly post formed (PFT) with 0.6mm thick laminates and 2mm thick PVC edging shall be fixed on all sides of top with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressing machine (colour shade as approved by GE) as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out UNSV leg, supply and fixing of new leg of first class teak wood, as per Drg.

Taking out UNSV top long rail, supply and fixing of new top long rail of first class teak wood, as per Drg.

Taking out UNSV top short rail, supply and fixing of new top short rail of first class teak wood, as per Drg.

Taking out unserviceable drawer, supply and fixing of new drawer of deodar wood except bottom. Which shall be of 6mm ply wood commercial. Front portion of drawer shall be of teak wood with anodize knob.

Taking out unserviceable cub board of table writing, supply and fixing of new cub board with shutter as per Drg.

Taking out unserviceable shutter, supply and fixing of new shutter of table writing made of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade 18mm as per grade.

Taking out unserviceable stiffener, supply and fixing of new stiffener complete of first class teak wood as per Drg.

Taking out old UNSV PVC shoes and supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with steel screw superior quality as per approved by Engr-in-Chage.

The entire table shall be polished with French polish after replacement of above components.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HARD BOARD : FD/E6/MAP/05

S & F new seat and back (Blow plast) as per drg.

Replacement of old existing broken top of any description with S&F new top shall be made out of 18mm thick exterior grade particle board (ISI marked) duly post formed (PFT) with 0.6mm thick laminates and 2mm thick PVC edging shall be fixed on all sides of top with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hotpressure method and openable with PVC edging (Hinged on RHS) screwed to 25mm dia hollow steel pipe inserted in 20mm dia MS rod welded to frame as per drg. Rest as specified in drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ GE. (Make of MDF:-Century or equivalant as approved by GE).

S & F new MS bars at base tray with proper welding with frame of tray as shown in drg.

Replacement of rubber shoe with S & F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality.

Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC.

M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair school with hard board, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

CHAIR CBT STEEL WITH ARMS/ WITHOUT ARMS : FD-75 (M)

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing seat of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new seat made out of 12 mm thick Plywood Commercial Quality ISI mark covered with 75mm thick, 40 density PU form (Make- Sleepwell/Godrej/Kurlon) and best quality tapestry cloth of rate ranging Rs 250-300/- as well seat should be fixed through 02 Nos MS stiffner size 25mmx4mm(duly two coat of black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) & suitable Nut/BoltScrews completed all as shown on drg, specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge. (Make of Ply :- Greenply/ Century/ Duro)

Replacement of Arms rest with S&F new Arms rest made out of black integral skin polyurethne reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistance of chair briefing static baised all as shown on drgs specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Replacement of shoe/Cap with steel screws where required with S&F new rubber pads of superior quality with suitable Steel Screws complete all as shown on drgs specified & directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the chair CBT steel with arms/without arms, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

Chair Dining Officer :- FD/MAP-II/04 Repair to chair Dining including dismantling of old parts and replace with new parts made out of well seasoned teak wood as mentioned below. The entire chair shall be polished with French polish in original shade after properly smoothening the surface with emery paper and apply wooden putty to fill up the gaps and cracks. All other work as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out unserviceable left/right sides of Bin Linen Multipurpose, supply and fixing of new right/left side of table bed side made out of pre-laminated particle board 18mm exterior grade.

Taking out unserviceable bottom of Bin Linen Multipurpose, supply and fixing of new bottom of made out of pre-laminated particle board 18mm exterior grade.

Taking out unserviceable back of Bin Linen Multipurpose, supply and fixing of new back of made out of 12mm commercial plywood as per ISI-303.

Taking out unserviceable handles of Bin Linen Multipurpose, supply and fixing of new handles superior quality as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old UNSV PVC Shoes, supply and fixing new PVC Shoes of best quality as per Drg.

Taking out unserviceable drawer, supply and fixing of new drawer of pre-laminated particle board 12mm exterior grade and shall be on telescopic channels of best quality as per Drg.

Table Dining 6/8 Persons (Drg No. FD-273 & 239) Repair to table including dismantling of old broken parts and replace with new parts as mentioned below. Table shall be set right by providing 100mmx100mm teak wood triangular corner between rails and legs. The entire table shall be polished with French polish in original teak shade after proper preparation of surface by applying putty and smoothened with emery paper.

Taking out unserviceable top of table dining 6/8 pers, supply and fixing of new top shall be made out of 18mm thick exterior grade particle board (ISI marked) duly post formed (PFT) with 0.6mm thick laminates and 2mm thick PVC edging shall be fixed on all sides of top with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressing machine (colour shade as approved by GE) as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out UNSV leg, supply and fixing of new leg of first class teak wood, as per Drg.

Taking out UNSV top long rail, supply and fixing of new top long rail of first class teak wood, as per Drg.

Taking out UNSV top short rail, supply and fixing of new top short rail of first class teak wood, as per Drg.

Taking out old UNSV PVC shoes and supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with steel screw superior quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Bed Hard Ply Top ( Drg No FD-246) Repair to Bed hard ply top with repairs/replacement of the following components and the bed shall be set right and the entire bed shall be polished with French polish in original teak shade after properly preparation of surface by applying putty and smoothened with emery paper.

Removing unserviceable ply wood from outer sides of Head rest of Bed Hard and Supply and fixing new 3.5 mm thick plywood one side teak veneered finish of Head Rest by means of best quality adhesive including 4mm thick Ist class hard wood teak edging complete all shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed

Removing unserviceable ply wood from inner sides of Head rest of Bed Hard and Supply and fixing new 3.5 mm thick plywood one side teak veneered finish of Head Rest by means of best quality adhesive including 4mm thick Ist class hard wood teak edging complete all shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed

Removing unserviceable ply wood from outer sides of Foot rest of Bed Hard and Supply and fixing new 3.5 mm thick plywood one side teak veneered finish of Foot Rest by means of best quality adhesive including 4mm thick Ist class hard wood teak edging complete all shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed

Removing unserviceable ply wood from inner sides of Foot rest of Bed Hard and Supply and fixing new 3.5 mm thick plywood one side teak veneered finish of Foot Rest by means of best quality adhesive including 4mm thick Ist class hard wood teak edging complete all shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed

Replacement of top ply:- Removing unserviceable ply top from Bed Hard and S&F of new ply wood top shall be of 12mm thick BWR Grade face veneer on both side fixed with screws complete all as shown on drg and complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Greenply Duro or Archid with ISI Marked.

Replacement of legs Taking out unserviceable legs from Bed Hard and S&F new leg made out of 1st class hard wood teak as per existing shape and size as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed

Replacement of Long Rails: Taking out unserviceable/broken long rails from Bed Hard and S&F new long rail as per existing shape and size made out of well seasoned teak wood free from knot and cracks as per existing shape, design and size all as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed

Replacement of stiffner : Taking out broken stiffner and S&F new stiffner made out of teak wood as per existing shape, design and size all as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed

Chair Dining FD 279 & 1105 Repair to chair Dining including dismantling of old parts and replace with new parts made out of well seasoned teak wood as mentioned below. The entire chair shall be polished with French polish in original shade after properly smoothening the surface with emery paper and apply wooden putty to fill up the gaps and cracks. All other work as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
