Repair to water circulation pump 02 to 05 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and (stater & rotter carefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of 02 Nos ball bearing. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load complete all as specifiec and directed.

Repair/Servicing to Air compressor 20 HP model M5175 Make EVEREST TYPE of deffusers coarse bubble/nozzles including opening carefully and cleaning/repair/replacement rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) Oil seal drive end long shaft and short shaft, lip seals gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size. Replacement the recommended oil grade and greasing and assembling and testing on load complete all as specifiec and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of submersible cable flat 16 Sqmm, 3 core copper cable, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990 complete all as specifiec and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage collection sump / Treated water tank of 25000 Gallon capacity including (i) Dewatering with submercible / sludge pump which empty the sump/tank upto base level.(ii) Removing sludge from sump from wall and buttom the sump have to be removed with the help of special sludge pump and remaining dirt which may have hidden in rough slots of the bottom mannualy with brush.(iii) After cleaning the sump apply bleaching powder for disinsfection complete all as specifiec and directed.

Material & Labour for rectification of leckages in DI/MS/HDPE sewage line below soil/on ground at size 50 to 200 mm dia including excavation , returning filling and jointing material such as fittings,lead,spunyarn,rubber Gasket joint,solvant etc complete all as specified and directed.

To attend elect complaint of sewage installation, replacing burnt lugs of cable, to check ato star delta starter, voltmeter, ammpere meter in pump panel changeover switch and make functional if minor repair involves to above equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of temper proof electronic energy meter three phase four wire of accuracy class 1.0, as per IS 13779 power factor unity to zero (all power factor lag/or lead ). starting current : 0.40 % lb , current 415 volt,50 Hz with LCD display. The meter shall be able to recording in Kwh/KVAH, MD, current load, V, Amp, Freq, etc burden of voltage circuit shall not exceed 1 VA. The meter shall have IEC 1107 port and shall be DLMS compatible for data reading. The meter should be immune to DC magnetic fields as per the CBIP 304. The meter should record the anti tamper features under the conditions mentioned as reversal of line load terminals, interchanging of phase and neutral wires, drawing of load by disconnecting neutral of meter & out going earth, meter body opening, neutral disturbance with transparent the pilfer proof meter box (PPMB) suitable to house single phase static energy meter. The meter shall be wall mounted type and have ability so as to offer protection of electrical equipment. High grade fire retardant Engineering plastic (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene /Polycarbonate, with minimum thickness 2.00 mm necessary sealing with lead meter and appropriate size copper lugs and including taking out existing meter and handed over to AGE E/M store Yard.

Repair of existing street light of any type or discription, fixed in vertical position with poles/wall including disconnecting the electric connection, removing from pole/wall if required, carrying out minor repairs like disconection of wire/cable,cleaning of carbon on OH line and replacing starter/fuses,etc as required at site to make the items functional and refixing the same at same location or any other location, connecting with electric feeder and testing for functioning engaging sufficient man power and tool and plant etc to ensure safety of light/pole as well as working persons complete all as specified and directed.
