Amount

Supplying & fixing of Lumber Processor consisting of all type of holders attached with supernatant & capable to mount any type of surface like bottom/slab mounted. Installation i/c provision of pouring process shall be execute at site i/c capable to handle all materials. At outer portion it shall be completely quiescent i/c attached with modular dipper top mounted notched unit. Working shall be continues/shift base accordingly as per site requirement. Nothing shall be paid extra for same. Erection shall be horizontal/vertical/as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Lumber Processor shall be attached with lower side mounted vacuumizing system & body are built in raw/mild steel type equipped with required booster(if required) at site. It shall be operated through S.M.P.S. (Switch mode power supply) A.M.P.S. (Auto mode power supply) without disturbing the grid unit. All required fittings like mounter, hinges, supporting system shall be part of the unit & will be supplied by agency at site free of cost. Nothing shall be paid extra for loading/unloading or staging the same. Bearing capability shall be highly clotted type i/c min. 90 tpd. Vaccumizer frame (lower mounted) shall be provided by the agency. Bearing capability shall be min 3.50 kg/cm2 & max. 6.50 kg cm2 .During process the retained substance material should be stabilized & design to operate from the both side along with anti-rusting outer covering with heavy back pressure bearing capability. It shall be procured at site in dry form by agency & contain dry highly acidic pucker cartridge. Allayers shall be mounted on top or from side of the system. After installation at site complete unit shall be painted(one or more coat) with enamel paint by the agency. All required accessories like sprinkles, v-notcher, sharper etc. complete will be provided by the agency free of cost for smoother commissioning of the system.

Providing & Fixing of Culture String along with 3 dimensional lace structures for helpful to provides growth for the microorganisms without flow restrictions. Material should be built with 69% of Polevinyliden chloride yarn & 31% Polypropylene Yarn. It should be customized max. 3 or 5mtrs. Each string. It should be mounted in square stainless Steel base frame.
