Removing old unserviceable thermal insulation and supply and insulation of thermal insulation on ducts / chiller pipe line exposed to sun light using closed cell O nitrite rubber elastometric insulation of density 40-55 kg/m3 thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mk at 20 degree celcius mean temp and MZ 7000 (without any additional vapour barrier) and with chemical treated factory laminated Woven fibre glass cloth with 200+/- 20 gsm to be applied on ducts manufactureds recommended rubber based adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of AC plants of 50 TR capacity (01 No working and 01 No standing), safety checking and replacement of burnt out single core copper cable as per site condition with copper lugs servicing micro processor control electric panel pnematric rewiring of controller servicing of all AHU of any CFM cleaning and washing of Filter of AHU of any size / any CFM, cleaning of cooling coil, Greasing of condensor / chiller motor pump and filling Glantory with existing size, if any rubber packing is unserviceable to change new rubber packing and cleaning and washing of syphon, cleaning and washing of cooling coil for using a chemical C-shine (Alkaline coil cleaner and brightener) and testing the unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement of Cooling coil circuites inside AHU(Each AHU 38 Nos) as per suitable existing size all complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement of Heating coils circuit inside AHU ( Each AHU 19 Nos) as per suitable existing size all complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable expansion valve 13/20 TR compressor suitable for using 50 TR air cooled centralised AC plant double unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Air vent valve 15 / 20 mm and supply and fixing testing of air vent valve 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing in replacement of position the industrial type pressure gauges complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling the defective three phase induction motor 415 volts 50 Hz of any RPM for motor of capacity up to 15 HP ( AHU Motor) and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size / gauge and weight including replacement of insulation material, varnish bearing connection plate and all other petty items required to make the motor in functional and reassembling the motor including installation commissioning and testing on full load all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Disconnecting and removing the electric motor from installed position and loading unloading, transporting to authorised/approved work shop (ii) Dismantling existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage including all material such as insulated paper sleeves tape varnish etc complete for class F insulation and including shaft metalising, bearing cover slieving , necessary replacement of cooling fan, nut-bolt etc (iii) Loading, unloading and transporting motor & reinstalling in position and in alignment including electric conection commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hours continuosly to check the performance on full load and designed RPM to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed

Taking up condenser / Evaporator from AC plant and transporting to existing make / approved manufacture workshop and removing old unserviceable copper tube from evaporator / condenser of Air cooled AC Palnt and supply, fixing testing and commissioning copper tube cell for existing size and capacity and nos of copper cell for condenser / evaporator suitable for 50 TR Air cooled scroll unit complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Warranty of condenser / evaporator defect liability period is minimum two years after completion of contract.

Material & Labour in repair for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 50 mm all as specified and including the following :- (a) Material & Labour for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of milllscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M & L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M & L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon / steel straps of size 12 mm / 50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Compressive maintenance and repairs to AC plants including attend break down complaints and stand by duty on the days of VIP visits for the Scroll type Water Cooled AC plant 2 x 39 TR and 1 x 39 TR Standby at New Ac Plant Tech Area. Make:- BLUE STAR Air Conditioners, electrically operated with automatic / manual dual controlled operation located in the various technical complex bldg all as specified and directed.

All as per Sr Item No 78 here-in- before but Scroll type Water Cooled AC plant 2 x 37.5 TR and 1 x 37.5 TR Standby at OLD AC Plant Tech Area. Make:- BLUE STAR.

All as per Sr Item No 78 here-in- before but Scroll type Air cooled AC Plant 2 x 50 TR ( 01 x Stand By) total 24 Nos AC Plants at AKASH Complex , Make:- Blue Star . Note for Item No - 78 to 80 :- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor include the rate for inspection / maintenance and testing of Air Conditioning Plant only through the authorised OEM service engineer, checking of water flow, over heating of compressor, serviceability of all components like refrigerant gas pressure switch (High/Low) sensors, condenser / chiller water flow switches, crank case heater, thermostatic expansion valve, electric controle centre micro computer control system, PCBs, SMPS, MCCB, MCBs control wiring etc. (ii) The duration of the checking is once in every month throughout the currency of contract through OEM authorized service engineer/dealers. (iii) Periodical test report to be submitted monthly through the authorized OEM service engineer duly signed. (iv) Report of monthly inspection maintenance carried out by the contractor also to be submitted on every inspection / maintenance and after rectification of any breakdown. (v) Apart from the monthly periodic inspection the contractor is liable for conducting inspection/maintenance/repair on call basis through the OEM if required. On call the contractor is required to attend the complaint within 24 hrs. Not attending the complaint within 24 hrs contractor shall liable to pay a penalty Rs 2000/- per day. (vi) The components/spares/consumables required for AC plants will be measured and paid separately under the relevent items here in after.
