Excavation over areas, n. exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder, masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but exceeding ashlar facing and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre means radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 4 here-in-before but except bricks, built in cement mortar (1:6). NOTE : Old bricks obtained from demolition against Serial item No. 3 here-in-before shall be re-used under this item.

Demolition of cement concrete, un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings, not exceeding 15cm thickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains and surface finish fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out cement plaster, any description, from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with WPC by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction, finished the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per latest IS specification and best quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings or like complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete cover slab for manhole, drain covers, etc. in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), set in cement mortar (1:4) with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for reinforced concrete pipes of size 200mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) with collars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc. 500m but not exc. 1.50 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bringing approved earth from outside MD land, forming embakment including raising earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finished to required gradient, size and shape, etc, n.exc. 1.50m from the base complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this earth shall be tested/checked for suitabilty to use.

Forming embakment with the earth obtained while excavation including raising earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finished to required gradient, size and shape, etc, n.exc 1.50m from the base complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be include carriage of soil from the excavation location to site for forming embankment and necessary euipment required for compaction of soil.

Cleaning of drain bed and removing the silts, shrubs and waste materials by manually, etc. to a distance exc. 250m complete all as specified and as directed.
