Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Making the area workable by clearing unwanted vegetation including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 100m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete.

Earth work in excavation in hard soil in foundation & disposal of the surplus earth and levelling, dressing the surface including sorting out the serviceable material & disposal of malba by head load with lead upto 100mtr etc complete.

Levelling & dressing the undulated area by cutting/digging average depth 0.25mtr surplus earth & Spreading in the low laying area by compacting and using the water & disposal of Surplus earth/ boulder out side the working area with lead up to 100 mtr by head load etc complete

Dismantling/Removal / Shifting of existing old/broken/damaged barbed wire fencing and M.S. Angles & transporting them to store in the office at Bhangarh for safekeeping etc. complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pathway including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Random Rubble Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 c. sand), including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6 coarse sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) etc complete.

Random Rubble Masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 c. sand), including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6 coarse sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as matching the original etc complete.

Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints with mixing hardener and colour pigment for matching the original etc complete.

Finishing with paint (two or more coats) on MS structure at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 30 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure) etc complete.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) etc complete.

Supplying and stacking of manure at site (Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm) from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) etc complete.

Spreading of manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge etc complete.

Flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation etc complete.

Fine dressing of the ground etc complete.

Supplying & Stacking of doob grass at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc.and as per direction of officer in charge

Grassing with doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately). In rows 5 cm apart in both directions

Provision for providing Water Tanker with Capacity 5000 lit.

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work after stacking and measuring by mechanical transportation upto lead of 5 km from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is for estimate purpose only actual qty. will be measured and recorded during execution of the work)
