Taking down existing copper/aluminum existing point wiring (light/fan/socket or power points) complete (fittings such as switches,ceiling roses,pendents, regulators, sockets etc to be measured saperatly) incl wooden battens and conduct etc & removing material as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC ( FRLS) insulated sheathed copper stranded conductor cable run in and including surface in wall/celling/floor in PVC casing caping as per IS with all fittings such as bends, tee,junction boxes,etc of suitable size including 1.5 Sqmm PVC(FRLS) insulated copper earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including PVC boxes with modular inner & surface plate suitable for housing modular switches, sockets,fan regulators etc for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 1- way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing in repair including taking out GI plate with pipes earthing lead fasteners etc and earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level,connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts,nuts ,washer and check nut of galvanized steel, protected by and including GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch / MCB DBs box point / LP test point as directed and including cement concret pit in 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, with cast iron miled steel frame embedded in the concrete enclouser fineshed flushed & PCC cover of suitable size (300mmx300mm ) all as shown under electrical plate of SSR Pt - I 2009 and as directed including painting the external surface of chamber & cover with enamel paint in diffrent colour as directed and writing earth results & date of test carried out with white paint on black painted background, wiremesh funnel 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering adequate quantity of black soil and charcol and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm 3ft x 3ft thick all around the electrode including necessery excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete testing on completion all as directed. Note:- i) Filling the pit with black cottan soil brought at site. ii) The excavated soil will be removed & paid separtely.

Note applicable for BOQ item no 1 to 78 (a)contractor rep/ superviser shall be present at office of Engineer-In-Charge at 9AM every day for taking of instruction regarding repairs to be carried out on the day on priority,(b) alternative Electricians deploy in place of regular electrician has to work on sunday/holiday to attend faults/defects/complains.In case if electrician fails to rectify the faults then recovery shall be recovered from contractor s any due payment(c)The repair work on any single day may be order by Engineer-In Charge to be carry out in number of places/building in one day i.e in one buildings quantity of any of BOQ items to be carried may be one or more & number of BOQ items to be executed on any single day may also be one or more(d) Contractor shall not have any claim on account of order of one or more quantity of one or more items of BOQ that to be executed in one or more building and or area in any single day & even the same on any numbers of day during contract period(f) all above mentioned labour effect on this account is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the tenderer for all items of this tender.Note:1) Complaints/Defects will be rectified withen 8 Hrs of intimated time. if complaints not rectified, a recovery of an amount of Rs150/-/ complains/ day will be recoverd from the RAR/ FB , ii) Rates are inclusive of T&P required safety equipment, and transport required contractor shall arrange on his own arrangement, iii).Compliant given by any electronic media i.e SMS, email or whats app etc and in writting shall be count as valid compliant contractor to take immediate action within stipulated time as mention in note -1 above.
