Material and labour for cleaning the entire roof surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dust/dirt particles and applying with One coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm over the plastered surfaces of roof all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm non-woven polyester reinforcement polymeric water proofing membrane (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surfaces by gas flame torch application and apply one coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP Memberence complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by IWL or through a specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Material and labour for Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @0.10kg/Sqm as weather proof coat all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in dado/vertical surface size 600mmx300mmx9-10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat to receive the tiles on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - Skid Ceramic tiles (square/rectangular) (size400x400x7mm thick joint free)area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thich screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick (size 600mmx600mm) over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including 20mm thich screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), rubbing and polishing and moulding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Machin cut kota stone is to be laid on the stair in single piece complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including 15mm thich cement screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), rubbing and polishing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite slab 16 to 18 mm thick as in pillars, window cill, cooking platform and the like in cement motar 1:4 including painting in white cment 1:2 using marble dust with a mixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including cutting polishing and moulding on edges.

M & L For Stone gride Plastering on brick work & concrete surfaces ( column and beam )complete all as specified and including all type of scaffolding & T&P as ground require upto height of building G+6 Floor and sundries etc.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions height of bldg upto 7.50 mtr including scapfoldings complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on brick or concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
