Attending the break down complaint of all nature for window/split AC/tower AC/ cassette AC and their electrical wiring from main DBs of any capacity and make them functional and also carry out the required repair on all days including Sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed. Notes- (i) Adequate resoures shall be deployed by the contractor for attending complaints being an essential services with adequate Nos of AC mechanic & helpers to attend day to day as per requiremetn and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Any parts/ accessories required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule/BoQ. (iii) All refrigerator mechanic to be deployed at work should have in possesion of ITI certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning or equivalent trade with at least 03 (Three) years experience in this field. (iv) Complaint should be attend within 2 hrs. (v) If complaint not attended within 2hrs, recovery will be done as follows:- (a) For upto 12 hrs @ Rs 500. (b) for more than beyond 12 hrs @ 1000 Rs per 12 hrs.

M&L for servicing of window type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, comprising of taking down carefully, removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, indoor cooling unit and condenser coil and providing oil and grease to all moving parts including condensing motor, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE. (ii) Spare parts required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule/ BoQ.

M&L for servicing of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, including removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, cooling unit and condenser coil of outdoor unit, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The cost of additional inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord, if required and making good of surface as original by plastering/ whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account. (ii) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE. (iii) Spare parts required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule/ BoQ.

Notes: (i) The cost of making hole for passing through inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord and making good of surface at both location as original by plastering / whitewash / colour / distemper etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account. (ii) The additional copper piping & Gas charging, if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

M&L for shifting of window type AC of any capacity, any type/make, with stabilizer from one location to another complete with and including making of suitable opening in brick wall or removing aluminium grill and/or glass pane from existing window, including supply and fixing of new wooden frame of suitable size and thickness for proper fixing of outer chassis of AC at new location, making good of disturbed surface to match with the original, including testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The cost of making suitable opening in brick wall or removing aluminium grill and/or glass pane from existing window and making good of surface at both location as original by plastering / white wash / colour / distemper etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account.
